I may have commented on this one or a different about dealing with a shoulder strain but more like teres minor area lower armpit. I am happy to report that I am fully recovered from it! It is so nice to not be in pain anymore
I respect this man Alot he just do his thing . And I have a feeling he’s doing it from the heart not like for the money the money on lot a plus or just for it to make a pop sound . Big fan from Nigeria
Oh man, I was cringing along with him starting at 7:42. That looked absolutely painful and I applaud his pain tolerance. I would have jolted off the table. I liked this treatment. I know I need it. My shoulders are definitely impinged and I can’t come close to touching hands behind my back in either direction. Great video. 👍🏽

Great fascial releases Dr. Doug!
Dr Willen, when Jeremy was talking to you at the beginning, I noticed his right arm lays differently than his right. I thought everyone can touch their fingers behind their backs and touch their toes, I know that I can do it but I also know everyone is different at what they can and can’t do, you have to have a symmetry. That must’ve hurt what you did cause it was really intense but he’s fit and will be easier and anyone can help him, then that’s for sure you Dr Doug, he was very brave 👍. Have a great 👍week doc and your explanations are always on point and that fingers technique was absolutely awesome 👏.

Wish doctor Doug stayed in East Lothian which is outside Edinburgh , could do with him to fix my lower back and front leg , doc Doug is on top of his game 👊 greetings all from the east cost of Scotland 👊👊
Kind of wish there would be a crossover video with you and the spinal surgeon who went to a chiro once because I feel like your methods and explanations are no-bullshit, would be an educational experience I think. Think the gentleman's name was Antonio something? He's a great guy too. Anyway I feel for the poor guy in this video because I just had a deep tissue and pressure point massage that hurt like all hell, but damn once you're through the terrible pain it's so much better so it's all worth it.

That's called the AC joint. I had mine removed. It dislocated in 94 and was bone on bone for 25 years. Dislocated AC joints are not to fixable. Shoulder surgeries Are questionable at best.

Dr wish you was in the UK
I need all this. there's a spot around my shoulder blade on the right side. if my wife pushes deep enough with her finger, it literally sends a shock up and down my whole right side and around my rib cage and takes my breath away. my right eye starts hurting and I start sweating instantly.

@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro thanks hoping to i can make an appointment. haven't been to NYC in while and would be an excellent reason to go. I've had back issues and worked through most of them. but this, I can't figure it out. don't know if something is off at the top (atlas) that's causing a chain reaction, but it always seems to be the right side. even during my autoimmune journey the last 2-3 yrs it's always the right side but now this spot is higher up and wreaking havoc on me. I was improving so well and getting stronger. haven't progressed to any real or heavy weight yet, the most is about 40-50lbs. I use mostly resistance bands and a 25lb kettle bell I just bought a couple months ago. the weird thing is this flared up at a time I wasn't working out or really doing any strenuous activity. had just come of a week in boca where I did mostly driving. just dropping my nieces off to tennis camp and back to the hotel when they were done. it has gotten progressively worse the last few days and is affecting my sleep. if i try turn on my side or turn onto my back, i get the sharp shooting pains up and down the right side and into my rib cage area. literally hurts to take a deep breath at times.

@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro I left my long story on the video u recently posted with the gentleman who had the frozen left shoulder and everything was hiked up on that side. he wore the brace. I've been to a few chiros in the past. the last in 2019 and they're all kind of the "wham bam thank u mam" type . everything in a 15 minute window. one guy even set his timer before we started lmao. they don't really examine and check around and ask as much questions as you do. I even brought x-rays and mri scans to one and he didn't even bother to look at them. figured it would be a big help.

@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro most definitely. hopefully i can convince my 75 yr old father to come. i noticed his neck getting stiffer the last two years and have lost significant range of motion and slightly tilted forward. he wasn’t like that in 20-21. still plays golf 2-3 times a week but his swing is limited bcuz of his increased stiffness. he’s terrified of chiros lol
I had carpel tunnel and my hand where constantly numb during pregnancy after I had my baby my kids dad got me a massage packet and I told them I didn’t want an educational session just quiet but the lady that came in told me all the parts of my body that need work on and she focused on my shoulder I felt it shooting to my fingertips she worked on that ever session plus my whole body by the time I was done my carpel tunnel went away it comes back sometimes but only when I’m doing repetitive work.. The pain feel good it’s actually enjoyable even though it hurts she told me your taking a lot of pressure she was like it’s men 3 times your size that couldn’t take the pain I was but it felt good
