Sir, kya chances Hain ki Sec 313, Crpc mein cases discharge ho sakta hain, agar judge ko realise ho that accused is not guilty.

The most imp thing is..... Are these sections are folllowed by various courts of the country or not??? Coz at lower courts......advocates and judges have their own style of procceding the case... Leaving many rules aside...with their full consent.. Then how one can aspect justice at these courts??? Specially accused made in FAKE FIRs ... just to torture and harass mentaly,physically and financially....
