Oddly enough, some of your videos I've found very useful when I'm writing. Sometimes I need ambient music (dark, nature, rain, etc) or action music, but the sound quality and visuals of your videos really helps me capture certain quiet moods and conversations between characters and personal attention to wounded characters. It's very relaxing and I find it so ironic because in writing, there's tension/drama on almost every page and yet these work for me! Also, thank you for having such a unique take on ASMR. When I first discovered ASMR 4 years ago, 90% of it was glamour, beauty, and make-up, which isn't too appealing to me. I love your period-piece and fantasy role playing, from Maid Marian, to the Apothecary, to the Banished Spell Scribe, to the Manor. The visuals are inspiring for writing time-specific scenes. Have you ever thought of ASMR in a mountain-side tavern? Or a medieval court? Many thanks from the UK, and best of luck with your future creations!

As a role-playing ASMRist you are way up there: one of, if not THE, best. I find other role-playing ASMRists (who will remain respectfully nameless here!) allow the concept to take over, so the ASMR fades into the background as a result. Your posts, with their lavish sets and beautiful costumes, always remain resolutely calming and tingly.

As someone who has lived with early childhood onset C-PTSD for half a century, the first five minutes of this video brought me to tears. I experienced a childhood bereft of love, caring, attention, nurturing or safety. Utter emotional and practical abandonment. To hear someone say, “I will take care of you” to me was staggering. I gave this level of care to my own child but have never experienced love or caring for me. Thank you for this beautiful experience. I suffer insomnia nearly every night and never feel at peace, safe, or relaxed.

So true or come and relax with some tea, biscuits and coffee listening to her voice so you can wind down after a long hard day of work or release of stress or just come and relax. I could see fainting couches, lounge chairs with butter soft leather, big huge floor pillows. And a couple of masseuse on hand....I'd pay for that.

I’m currently pregnant and having the worst time sleeping but your videos always tend to help me in the best way to relax and get a good night sleep 🥺❤️🤰🏻

I can’t tell you why it’s so comforting… it just is.

It feels like waking up from a series of dreams and going back to sleep. It’s quite reminiscent of how my significant other acts when I take my day naps. He’ll tuck me into bed with an extra blanket, and sometimes I’ll wake up to see him reading or painting. It feels nice to listen to this particular video when I’m away from him. Ohhh I needed this. My son was born at 23 weeks and he’s home now but on oxygen and needs extra attention. I’m a stay at home mom now due to his medical condition so I get very little time to myself. We are also moving so we’ve been extra busy. My wife took over for the night so I could rest and the first thing I did was put on my headphones and play this video. The moment you said you will take care of me I let out a big sigh. Thank you for this video and all the work you do to help people like me relax. Also just to add, your tapestry videos are my absolute favorite. I love learning about them and visually seeing it as you tell the story as well. Also I’m a big lord of the rings fan so I loved the middle earth map 🖤

So amazing! This video transports me back to my childhood when my mother was alive! She'd bake oatmeal-raisin cookies and brush my sister's hair as we sat around a crackling fireplace on those cold winter nights. I haven't thought about her so deeply in years. Watching this roleplay and experiencing the ASMR triggers jogged the warm memories. that had lain dormant for years and made me realize how much I miss the loving lady bursting with joie de vivre who gave me life. Thank you!

I'm dealing with covid right now and although I'm not badly ill I feel awful, this video is helping me calm down, I can hear an inner voice telling me: just take it easy, nothing is more important than your heath😊

I love that you help many ppl with mental health issues. That includes me. I have very vad anxiety and sometimes i am awake for more than 24 hrs but your vids help me relax most of the time

We who are Patreon's of this channel were just shown another behind the scenes video of Diane creating things for her videos that we love so much. She was Dressing a mannequin in and Old period correct Dress that was absolutely beautiful. It also shows her working on other things to. How she has enough time in the day to research, create, build, write scripts, decide on sets and clothing, take care of her equipment, computer, do her makeup and hair plus all of her other responsibilities around house and home with her Family is beyond comprehension. The pure time and effort that is plainly seen in each video is incredible. I found her awhile back and she had less than 50,000 subscriber's and now look! almost 600,000 and counting. We all compliment her and her videos/stories and that is great. She deserves everyone of those compliments but what is sad is out of 600,000 subs their are only 325 who are patreon's of this channel. We eagerly await her next video, her next creation, her next idea but do we think of what it takes for her to keep this channel going? A channel that is Historical needs constant turnover of new props and odds and ends. These old items are not free for the most part and neither should be her time and effort. Hundreds of thousands are reaping the benefits of her videos without worrying about what it takes to create them. She has not asked me to post this nor am I receiving anything by doing it except the hope that many of you will help and we can continue to see these wonderful videos this Beautiful, smart and creative Woman makes. Sweet friend, you help me so much, more than you’ll ever know. Dealing with anxiety and panic attacks since I was a small girl it’s been awhile since my anxiety ha# been high like it’s been recently. I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer this past year and now after hard chemo, going on 3 breast reconstruction surgeries and now in remission my anxiety is back full force being afraid of cancer coming back. I already fell asleep once, so before I do it again: I think I just figured out the perfect background story for this video! It's about time travelling of course, as in travelling our own timeless memories or dreams as time traveller! So: There's this very peculiar but nice, kind a blanket and tea -type of lady, who's taking care of us while we snooze off time travelling. In between, she's keeping us safe and comfortable, knowing how exhausting all that travelling is. I just don't know yet why we're travelling? Are we perhaps looking for the greatest care taking, that time has ever seen or what? And yes, don't mind my imagination but this could be a story..

i always wanted an asmr video with a time twisting idea there are so many ways you can go with it wether it's to make some sort of a time loop that the video aorta restarts at certain points or just reversed sounds different voices from different times talking around you coz while moving in time you perceive the voices from the infinite realities out there I don't understand how there is no such video yet (I think) so many possibilities with this concept tho I think some editing skills will be needed for it to go really well

Do you watch ATMOSPHERE? She's an amazing ASMR-tist and her videos are all parts of multiple story lines. So good.
