The advertising campaign is one of the heaviest I've seen for any JRPG coming to the west. And it's not hard to see why. Persona 3 is a known quantity, and all indications are the remake is going to be superb. Also of note, since Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is going to be a Playstation exclusive for months, Persona 3 is going to be the direct JRPG competitor on XBox for this quarter. Throwing money at the game is a smart business decision.

This is on par with that "Where was Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne during Hurricane Katrina?" advert back in the day

This is Canon to umbrella academy and you can’t convince me otherwise.

@@MurrayR_G It's more of a director's cut of the original game, having additional features and story elements. It's like Royal was for Persona 5. A true remake isn't a director's cut or a port with enhanced graphics. It rebuilds all of the game's assets from the ground up for a more advanced platform. Three console generations have passed since Persona 3 and Persona 4 came out on the PS2.

I am not a fan of the first two games cuz they don't have the same gameplay elements as 3 and 4 and 5 which makes sense cuz they are both by different director I am always open for more persona games and I want to play them cuz I tried p2 a while back couldn't passed anything the game aged horribly imo, same with p1 so I would love for a remake to experience them, but for now I want p4 remake after 3

Just need to wait until next Friday! I'm so excited for this game!

Atlus USA fell off extremely hard after P5. Just look at SMT III and Vs atrocious English dubs. All of their ads are soulless as well. They try their best to suck all the life and personality out of these games. In Japan, the SMT V trailers were giving off a mysterious vibe, like the world really was about to end, and this was some underground secret knowledge. In the West, Atlus USA used the TikTok lady's voice to read off the bullet points on the back of the box.

Last time Aiden ran like this, he ended up in a post-apocalyptic future.

Five traveled forward in time to the persona 3 reload release. Lucky.
