8:30 this is actually something I really like. Make greens more challenging and encourage people to be more careful about where their disc ends up on the green to make sure they have a look at the pin. Its like a green side bunker in normal golf.

I agree if the hole was 250ft. This is a 880ft par 4 so most people’s upshot into this green will be 400+ feet at that distance even for the best on the world isn’t a shot that at 15ft you’re “parked” and at 17ft you should have no putt. That green has trees guarding it that provide an 8ft ceiling for the last 100ft or so, which means you kinda need to throw a disc with some ground action to get down there. My comments were for that hole and a hole in general of that much of a challenge.

@@DrewGibson Yeah that's fair. A course I play often called Black Hoof in KC has a 750 foot par 4 in the woods, but the backet is in the back corner against some pine trees, so you really need to land short of the basket or you skip into the pines and dont have a putt, which I like, but the way you describe this hole makes it seem like you dont really have an option to play short of the basket because the green is tight everywhere. Makes sense to me

@@DrewGibsonlove the tee shot on that hole, but they could definitely rework the 2nd shot. Same with hole 3 tbh. Edit: just watched coverage, forgot about the option of just throwing it 600 dead center on hole 3. That hole can stay.

Love the content! I do have to disagree with the "greens" statement. That is part of the strategy imo and just because you are within a certain distance, to me that just means that portion is not the "green". Keep the videos coming man and for what it's worth I try and replicate how you throw the disc, except I may only get about 400ft max. I've just now hit 350 pretty consistently with my workhorse "driver" which is a Teebird. Any advice?
