No one wants this vision of the world! That is why people reject these ideas. No one wants to own less. No one wants to be controlled. No one wants to eat bugs. No one wants to be forced to drive EVs. No one wants to be hungry. No one wants to be poor. No one wants to be cheated. No one wants to be betrayed. No one wants to be deceived. No one wants to be judged. No one wants to be criticized. No one wants to be manipulated by these men. No one wants to be controlled. No one wants to be oppressed. No one wants to be discriminated against. No one wants to be treated unfairly. No one wants to be taken advantage of by tech companies. No one wants to be lied to. No one wants to be stolen from. No one wants to be scammed. No one wants to be deceived. No one wants to be tricked. No one wants to be manipulated. No one wants to be exploited. No one wants to be used.

With benefit of hindsight, any problem can be solved. It is apparent from these guys’ comments that any system devised by man can be defeated, especially when men are operating it. A very interesting summary of world problems, but few feasible recommendations as to how to fix it.

Thank you for this talk! Global cooperation and team work is required for our species. Our ability to amicably work together is the most critical factor in our health, survival, future, and quality of life. We must adress cultural, systemic and direct violence. This includes economic violence. We can do better and must.

The whole point of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence is that good government is a fundamental right, and independence is necessary for good government. Countries should be based on shared values. Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation

If you look across history, it has always been filled with countless crisis, isn't anything new.

It is very interesting to see that equity is being discussed by ppl who seem to be very ok w gatekeeping, discrimination, disnfranchisement etc in academia & beyond that not long ago. It is also interesting how ppl again muster the same optimism & power to engage in things that are provably in violation of the Neuremberg Code, human rights & bodily sovereignty of some of us in name of globalization, automation that is clearly going to jeoperdize our rights & livelihood.

Wonderful discussion but it's just a book. Talk is everywhere and nowhere. Hope in words does not translate into appropriate actions. These three, all reputable individuals, need to go to the next level.

What they are effectively saying we are screwed for many many years to come and no solutions just statement of facts

This is an excellent discussion and I agree with many of the topics and solutions addressed. When I discuss these topics, I often say that you only need to look at Switzerland to get ideas from a practical experiment. A confederation gets the best out of a democracy.

Couldn't have a better sense of our global crises and the way forward, by 3 of the wisest people of our day - lead by the north star of Hope for "Humanity."
