Seeing as that's an offer you can't refuse just let me know when I can send over my boys to finalize the deal. I'll definitely need those bulletproof windows cause I've made a lot of enemies in my... construction and waste management businesses... Which reminds me, I hear a lot of Russian oligarchs are buying up these kinds of houses! Any of em' I'd know? As an American obsessed with Italy and Real Estate, this home is about as appealing as it gets.

I agree with the person saying he is obsessed with Italy and Real Estate. This the type of home that I imagine a traditional/modern Italian home to be. Warm and lovely. Danilo, I know I am not alone in recognizing every little detail you showcase and describe so beautifully to us. This home is truly charming. This property doesn't feel at all like an apartment or even part of a complex. It feels like a stand-alone home. What a wonderful property! Thank you Danilo and your team for bringing us these wonderful videos week after week. They are truly enjoyed and appreciated!

Right in the Centre of Beautiful Florence, a Fabulous Renovation .The Fountain is a beautifully Feature in The Garden and the Garden is so Private.The Interior Design is just Fabulous. For sure someone high up in the mafia used to stay there.

This truly is so private and unique in the designs. Love the 'secret door' leading to kitchen and the room or bedroom for the chef, so he would have privacy as well as the family. It may change with family coming in of course, but as of now, it is this way. The outside is very lovely. The office space and the top floor living area stood out as a very comfortable area to relax, even in the evening aft a long, busy day. This truly is a home in every way, and think you would forget it is an apartment, because you would have all the privacy ever needed or wanted. Just being steps to everything you may at times need is so important, and yet this keeps it all so easy, when you need to shop quickly! Fantastic place for a large family to come to visit for those special times or maybe on Sundays after church?!! If you have small ones at home, then a special day is, every day! This is what will keep any family close! Absolutely do love this "apartment" if I must speak of it in the true sense. But it is a 'private home', to me!

Absolutely exquisite!

I love this apartment! It is luxurious without being excessive. Even though the property is full of precious details, it still feels like a home. I am especially in love with the walnut-terracotta floor and the gorgeous sitting room. I can understand why a property like this would be hard to find in the market. With its features and location, i imagine it would be very difficult for the owner or this property to let it go.

If you buy this beautiful villa and use it part time of the year is the house safe from people moving in and taking over your property and keep it for there own I know Italy has this problem why would anyone want to invest in Italy when there is no safety with property

Nice, but for the first time ever I actually didn't like that Kitchen, tile on the countertop? nope not for me, I'd have to rip out all but the backsplash.

Its a totally different experience watching this on the 4K quality setting.

Bullet proof windows? Ummm....

While it's a lovely kitchen, that particular tint of green, particularly on the walls, is virulent. The tiles, hand painted, or not are similarly repellent in color. The "upstairs" of the main room is entirely impractical and needs to be removed. Otherwise, a stellar property, especially given its location.

Colors are always the one thing we either love or hate - it's such a personal choice thing ! I'm a blue/green person, so I like that 'awful' color you hate - smile !

Can anyone suggest the best lottery tickets to quickly get 3.5 M EUR? Asking for a friend. 😀 On a serious note, the bullet-proof windows - wow, it is almost a relief to be living an average middle class life and never thinking of getting that kind of windows...
