If you liked tampons you need to try a MENSTRUAL CUP. It will change your life. Some advantages 1. Saves on cost as the same cup can last you more than 5 years 2. No fear of toxic shock syndrome as in tampons 3. Good for the environment 4. You can easily wear it for 10-12 hours 5. There is no leakage if you put it right. Trust me I’ve been using it since two years, I also use them at night and I have never spotted anything 6. You can swim with it and do all sorts of exercises 7. It is soooo comfortable, once you put it right you will literally forget it is still in Do you research, it can be tricky the first few times but once you get a hang of it your life will change. The best part is actually cost cutting as I no longer buy pads, panty liners or tampons. One thing does the job.

I was too. Watch a lot of videos so you know exactly what to do. Tbh it’s not that hard, its just a very foreign concept to us since we’ve always seen pads. Go for it, you have nothing to lose but a very peaceful period if you win 😇

Shreya Bagati No, it’s just a little uncomfortable because you don’t know how to insert it yet. When its in correctly you won’t even feel it. Nobody gets it at their first try. Don’t give up. Just practice a few times when you’re not on your period.

Use menstrual cups. You can also sleep with it and it gives atleast 10 hours protection in heavy flow days💓 Using it since three months and never going back to any other things 💓

Thats so true. I am never going back to anything again myself. I am glad I made the switch. Both for the environment and myself :) :D Yeah it took me one cycle to get use to the thing but after that its just awesome.

Why dont you try menstrual cup?? They are better than tempons. And applicator is so much plastic. Lets create less waste

If we need to use a sanitary pad anyway at night coz the tampons are to be changed after every few hours.. I personally don't see a point in it then 🤔 And personally I don't even have that much of patience to do that

Omg! Please guys please give this a try! I mean I seriously wasn't aware of such a tea ! It was magical.. like I was struggling holding a heat bag and applying amruthanjan and volini and what not! tampon make u feel comfortable sometimes but they are not painful.. all you need is to be calm and take a deep breath and things are become easy for you

if you have pcod then first consult to a doctor but if u want to use tampon try it with the applicator by using some gel based lubricant so it will inject more easily and keep calm while doing all this and it's like cup of tea when though a 13-14 yr girl can use it
