Perimortem C-section Simulation
1. Make a large vertical incision from xiphoid to pubic symphysis using a 10 blade scalpel through skin, subcutaneous tissue and peritoneum
2. Deliver the uterus
3. Make a small vertical incision to the lower half of the uterus using the scalpel, then use scissors to extend incision upwards until you reach the baby
4. Deliver the baby
5. Clamp and cut the umbilical cord
6. Pack the open uterus and abdomen with blue sterile towels

Kinda freaked me out cause I missed to portimortem in the title 😅
I would suggest reviewing this with an OBGYN doctor. A few important steps are not correct

Tell us more. Perimortem is different than the typically c-section.

Interesting, what steps are incorrect, since this quite a distinct procedure from normal c section
