If you're doing this for fun, thats totally fine, but if you're doing this for Water Polo, make sure to stretch thoroughly beforehand and after. Years of not properly stretching and warming up for Water Polo has left me with hip and joint damage.

Hey fellas so I'm learning the eggbeater I been doing it for 3 days I am a good runner so when I am doing it I can keep my hands out of the water for 10 seconds and tread with my hands in water no skulling for 30 seconds do you think it's because of form or is it because my legs aren't use to

I find that when I try to practice this, I get knee pain. Any tips? What I'm feeling happen is that my leg under my knee is whipping around with the kick. Is that what it should feel like? Or should it be more like a straight kick down, the entire leg rotating with the hip?
