Thank you SO MUCH for this simple and easy-to-follow tutorial. I really doubted the colour pick of black, but you totally transformed that dress and really showed me to not judge a dress by it’s colour! The finished product looks fantastic. I’ve put on a lot of baby weight and need to alter like 40 dresses, this is so helpful!!!

I would prefer to take it from hem and add it to the sides. The black fabric not good for this blue dress

It’s a stretch fabric, you can’t use the hem 😂, she did a great job 👍

You choose elastic stitches. If you don't know what it's, you can find it in the book of the sewing machine
