Twenty+ years ago, I worked for a company that was ahead of its time. On your first day they sent a person with you to your work station/desk to ensure your chair and computer station were set up at the right height and angle to alleviate any stress, weird angles, etc that would cause muscle fatigue, pain, etc. They eventually were the first company in the area to switch to the standing work stations. Truly ahead of their time.

Good info. From a recent ergo assessment, the current thinking on monitor height is that your eyes are at the top 1/3rd of the displayed screen.

Hi, thank you for all your tips on pain free living! What's the most ergonomic, pain free couch where you can lay down to watch a movie or sit down to read a book where you'll be in alignment and you'll be pain free for a family of 4?

My mother age 65 when walking hips feel heavy why ? Please explain sir
After walking on my job all day, all I want to do is sit and eat dinner. After I don't want to walk anymore I just want to sit in my recliner. When I do get up my legs are so stiff and my nerves in my thighs throb. Chemo 6 yrs. ago doesn't help. No motivation to stretch.
