Ingredients:
for meatballs:
1/2 kg Mutton mince
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1/2 cup roasted chickpeas or 4 tbsp roasted gram flour
15-26 broken cashews
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp butter/ oil
For Gravy:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium fried onion
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup oil
3-4 cardamom
3-4 cloves
8-9 pepper corns
2 inch cinnamon stick
2-3 potatoes
