Thanks! Probably the best one I've seen so far. BTW, do you know any place that sells the back license plate holder? The one which came with my Model 3 has a couple of screws that do not come off (not the middle ones) and I need to replace it.

I have this on my 22 MYP, the Quick Bandit is easy and awesome. I don’t recommend anyone put on the OEM plate holder. The 3M tape is so strong , you have to take it to a body shop to take it off.

Are there any license plate mounts compatible with the front grill mesh grid inserts? These seem to only work with the un-meshed OEM grille cover. I prefer to have the mesh over that grill to keep the radiator free from bugs, leaves, etc

Looks super wierd. Why don’t you use klett ones?

The cooling for the batteries is through that vent. Since the mount is blocking a big part of the vent, how are your batteries?

Not big part at all. It’s about less than 6” and it’s not one solid piece because it has cutouts. My battery is find. Thanks for asking.

Quick question, I am trying to find a front mash that works with these kinds of license plate mounts. Any suggestion? Thanks!

Unfortunately most of them would block this plate holder from attaching to the vent. I had my Model 3 for 3 years now and never have the mash install. I never issue with things getting in there. I took many road trips. Thank you for watching Please subscribe for future contents.🙏😃

It's made by CNC machine that's why the price is high. They are small family business in Bay Area. I met them at the Tesla Takeover last year.

No chance ti have a bug nest, nowhere for a bug to latch on to as the frame is very hard plastic. It a very good design.

Do you know if this will fit the 23 MYLR? Also the dadtoys code does not work.

In most states like NY & NJ it’s a $400 fine. Last thing anyone wants to do is lose their money to the government.

No, i get it. And what stops me to take a screwdriver and take the screw? It's really easy. I was expecting a more complex locking mechanism. Anyway i'm from Italy so here you are not allowed with this kind of system

Late to this video, but I have to say that the fact that the locking bolt is chrome while everything else, including the washers, are black is a huge fail. For $150 missing a detail like that is ridiculous.

Tesla does come with a plate holder, but you have to mount it with 3M tape . If you try to take of the plate holder , it does not come off so easily. You will need to get the bumper repainted.

@@DennisMerwood-xk8wp yes, a plastic plate hold back by some gorilla glue the 3M tape. I’d never buy a vehicle with a drilled bumper for a plate holder. The plate will come off, but the glue reside won’t. You will be taking the care to a auto body shop for sanding & repaint.

most of the items that he recommend are useless- no utility
