Someone please get you signed to a tv channel, some people are a natural when it comes to narration and being in front of a camera. The quality of your episodes are so good you would expect a small team of people behind the scenes. Top job! Keep up the awesome work

I live slap bang in the middle of the New Forest, and quite often I find myself thinking, I couldn’t live in a more beautiful place. However, then I see a video like this, and I realise just how many beautiful spots the UK has to offer! Great video!

Little Finn is just too cute for words. Looking forward to this next episode.
In the heather season, when the wildflowers are in bloom, it's one of the most beautiful fells - like a walk in a garden.

Absolutely! Roll on August 😊
I just love your little dog 9:09
I got so excited when I saw my name in the credits at the end… 😂 Simple pleasures…
I am new to your channel but have binged watched s1 and 2 of walking the Wainwrights and a few others, so glad we are now on S3. What I also like is how you describe a good photograph. I have a camera and a few bits of gear to go with it but no idea! 😏 I now though find myself looking at trees, walls and gates and although I see the fells, I now really see the fells, so thanks for that. Your videos are informative and fun to watch, I think you now have yourself a new fanclub member. 🤣
A grand way to start The Central Fells Glenn 👍
I’ve been an avid viewer of your channel for a few years now Glenn. Your films have given me so much pleasure and as each year passes I sense you’ve grown more and more into the role of a film maker. I feel you’re in a great place with your channel and unless I’m mistaken, your subscriber numbers seem to have really started to motor. I’m so pleased you’ve stuck at it Glenn, because it really feels like your efforts are paying dividends. Well done mate.
I did a lazy mans camp up there last July. It’s now riddled with ticks but I totally agree for the little effort it’s got some cracking views.
I love listening to you doing these videos , your knowledge is vast. You definitely need to have your own TV programme..
Just stumbled across you blogger haunted hill I was empressed, its always good when you have your Best 🐕the view and the music was beautiful. From a 🇮🇹🇺🇲 new subscriber. Thanks 👍.
"rickety old fell walkers" sounds perfect for me 🤣
A fell of many surprises... On my list to climb now....
Fantastic mate .I’m restricted to u tube walks ,after 35 years walking I’ve come down with arthritis in knee and hip , look forward to join you on more videos. Thanks
This is majestic. Shots are so smooth and professional, simply brilliant place. Dog is just adorable! ☺️🎥🐶
Hi Glen ,this superb video has everything one could wish for....sublime!.... You are truly the modern day " Wainwright " that follows in the great mans footsteps. Keep up the good work for you bring comfort and joy into peoples lives who are afflicted / housebound and no longer able to roam the beautiful breathtaking landscapes we all know affectionately as the " Lake District ".....Alas. I to have succumbed to the ravages of time, but would attempt this hike with vigour and zest accompanied by my loyal German Shepherd dog ( " Princess ") and hopefully my sons ( " David " and " Matthew ") to render assistance as necessary to an old "crock".I wish you good health and fortune in your quest for solitude and inner peace .
Hi Mate as a rickety old fell walker really enjoyed this one! You have opened up such a lot of hills that I feel may well be within my capacity, so thank you! You have said on other videos that people comment that you talk too much, I disagree! You make good company and are always informative and amusing, keep chatting! thanks again!
Wow, those trees really ARE interesting! They look like gigantic, natural bonsai trees. Just beautiful!
Looks like the old trees fell over. Great little hike. Finn looks healthy.
Just done the walk today, there’s a lot more broken but the heather is stunning ,a great little walk and not to many people even in the holidays. Thanks for the videos Glen & the OS app makes them easy to follow.
You and Finn make a great duo! Fantastic videos 😊
Hi, I just enjoy every adventure that you have. You give me peace. Thanks Thanks Thanks for sharing this with us. ☮️
perfect!
Hi Glen and Finn ,thanks for taking me along on your hike, beautiful scenery Finn is enjoying his walk ,thanks for sharing stay blessed

We did this hike a couple of years ago and it was lovely! Came back the Eastern valley side which wasn't too bad actually after very slippy decent to church/ hostel! Saw a young deer on the top. Shame about all the fallen trees, so many it was heartbreaking to witness. Great video as always!
The map was very helpful. Thanks from New Orleans.
Fantastic, a great start to the central fells 👏. Absolutely hooked to the channel
Love this little fell, we are currently doing everything around Thirlmere so looking forward to this season Glenn, and particularly liked the stills c/w the identification marks 👌
Another stunner of a hike! That’s what I like to call a Gentle Giant…so much payoff for the effort. And I was very happy to support your channel w the purchase of a print. I can’t wait for it to arrive!!!
This has my name written all over it! Looking forward to it.
We need to talk about 12:14 and you insulting Finn. She is awesome! 🤣 Fantastic start to season 3.
Finn is the absolute best!
Hi Glenn, love your videos. Watching from Aus here so the first couple videos I had no idea what you were talking about (language barrier) but was completely blown away with the Majestic scenery. I've now watched quite a few and researched all the place types, Fell, Pike, Crag, etc. Also seems like in the UK they name every bump or niche in the landscape. Very fascinating and lovely to watch. Your energy is so captivating. Nice and relaxing after a hard days work. Love them and will keep watching. Just wanted to say thank so much, for the lessons and hard work you've put into them. My partner even stops by the couch to watch multiple full episodes with me. He's just as captivated now as well. :)
Hi Glenn great to see you and Finn out again. Must say I prefer this version of one man and his dog !

Another great video, highly entertaining and looking forward to episode 2. Thank you.
LOVE FINN!! You guys are such a great team and she loves you so much! You are not old LOL!!
Love watching your videos and you have inspired me to get out so thank you. I have been attempting some of the lower Wainwrights to start with and walked up High Rigg on Easter Sunday! Just beautiful. Would love to have met you and of course little Finn.
Great video. I walked up there for the first time a month or so ago. It was a grey day and never really got the light, but I could see the potential for images. I came back up the valley floor but will stay up top next time. With summer on the way it’s great to have a quieter spot
Another thoroughly enjoyable video. Many thanks for sharing you've got us hooked on the lakes
Hiya. You inspired us so much that we did the walk today (one day after you premiered). It was glorious weather and an absolute pleasure to walk. Such a beautiful wee walk. Fantastic variety. The woodland at the start was so interesting. 😊
Great to have this series back 😊 Adge.
love this video - the scenery is stunning xxx
Thanks once again for a great video - really looking forward to The Central Fells! (Are you sure you're not being sponsored by Snickers? 🤣)
That was a great walk. The views are outstanding. See you on the 22nd. 😊
Great start to the new season!
Really enjoyed this, great start to the new series, what a cracking location, one I'll definitely add to my photography wishlist.
Looks like a great circular walk Glen and as always I’m thoroughly enjoying your videos.
Just discovered your channel half an hour ago. Seems I have some bing watching too do. Love these types of videos. Pleasure to discover you Glenn :-) subscribed!...
Loving your audio. I'm Very Hard of Hearing but I can understand almost everything you say. Love the videos but love your clear vocals more. I thank you x
As a rickety old fart, this walk was right up my street. Great work Glenn. ATB.
Fantastic music & drone footage. I really enjoyed this, and it was great to see walking the wainwright's back.
Another great video, really enjoying these series on the Wainwrights. I usually go walking with my 68kg Newfoundland, I can just about manhandle him over normal styles, but ladder styles are obviously a no go, he’s also too big for the gaps with a vertical plank that can be raised to let dogs through. I’ve had a few walks spoilt by having to reroute due to these as I believe there’s no reference material on where styles are located when planning walks? Wondered if it’d be possible to point any out on future vids, or just mention that there are some on relevant walk? Be a massive help to all of us with big dogs as I don’t think anyone else points them out? Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Really enjoyed this. Thank you. Will be bringing 4 old farts on this walk in a couple of weeks. Love the factoids - more please.
This is an area that always grabs me. Every time I drive through it I’m always rubber necking out the car window. Never know where to walk though. That part you’re on was spewing water off it a few weeks ago. I shall have to get up there. In fact, I stopped for a pint in Threkeld on Saturday and drove back through St Johns, looking up along there as I did. Little did I know you’d filmed along it.
Wonderful video as always Glenn. The smallest hills have some of the biggest views. Loved the drone footage of young Finneus flaked out near the end! 🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing your adventure as always mate. 😃🥾⛰
brilliant start to the new season, never really explored the central fells so lots to look forward to
Another great informative vlog very enjoyable.
Excited! We are up at the Lakes atm until Saturday. We hiked up Skiddaw yesterday. We keep an eye out for you each time.

Superb mate loved it, finn is so cute. I would like more photography inthe next vid, these are really well made episodes rave on glen rave on cant wait for walla crag 🐐
Cracker as always mate! Thanks. Full of knowledge!
Just watched and wasn't disappointed. Not been up High Rigg before so was a special treat to see the scenery from up there. Loads of walls and knobbly bits of interest along the way. Great stuff!
Last time I walked on that was with my late dad. We scattered his ashes at Thirlmere. Thanks for the nostalgia. ❤
Awesome. Digging the content. It's nice to have a preview before I take on a walk. Keep it coming lad.
Excellent start to the 3rd series! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for it to premiere yesterday, and it didn't disappoint! I'm already looking forward to the next episode. Oh, I have just bought myself a OMM Chest pod, can't wait to use it when on the Fells next!
Absolutely love your videos mate, they give me a great deal of inspiration and I’ve planned many walks based on what I’ve seen on your channel. I’m currently waiting for a knee operation and struggle doing much more than 5miles - most recent was Hartsopp Dodd and Caudale Moor which was incredible! But it killed me on the way down. I think this will be my next ahead of the op in September or October. Thanks again and keep doing your thing! Cheers.
Count me in !! 😮😅
Love these kinds of drone shots
Unreal views for relatively little effort, will definitely be up here soon 👌 Great video as always, looking forward to the next!
Enjoyed all the lovely views while walking along with you and Finn, great 1st episode for this season. Love little Finn she is a cutie.
Loving the drone footage. Hope you enjoyed your pint. Great vlog, thanks for sharing x

Fantastic opener for the season! You specced out some cracking shot locations! Excellent stuff! 👍👍👍
Nice in spring 😊
Can't wait for this episode 😬
I’ve always loved dogs and we will get another one day, but it’s a tie and I know the problems of sheep birds and crags and sheer drops to name a few. All the said your mate seems a perfect companion, steady away and easy going. Great to see, we wish you both well. I’m sure you’ve mentioned it but what variety is he ? Keep up the good work 🎥 🏔️
Hi Glen, I'm fairly new to your channel. Absolutely loving it. You've made me want to go wild camping. Can't wait to watch your back catalogue. ❤
