Just tried making this for brunch. The presentation wasn't as pleasant as I'd hoped it'd be, but overall it tasted pretty bomb! I had no chili pepper powder so I used some gochujang sauce instead. All in all this was fairly easy albeit a little messy to make and I'm definitely gonna make this again when I go visit my friend!~

Hey so I just cooked the noodles with a few differences as i used mushrooms instead of the green onions in beginning, and I didn't have any sesame oil left so i had to use olive oil. Overall it was delicious and will do it again with green onions next! 8/10 :)

I used to do something similar back in college years ago with Top Ramen. As it's boiling on the stovetop, just crack an egg or two directly into the soup and stir. Very good!

I enjoy preparing my ramen similarly to this, but I slowly stir it in like an egg drop soup near the end, since I prefer my eggs to be cooked just a little less. Would love to try this version!
