75 % voters cast their votes 2% votes rejected then 75 - 2 = 73% only valid 75% of the valid votes = 9216 Total valid votes is 12288 The rejected 2% votes = 2/100*12288 = 245.76 Then the total votes enrolled is 12288+246 (245.76~246) = 12534 Therefore the answer is 12534

Sir, In the last problem they gave total voters is 104000, but asked total valid votes in favour of winning candidate. So, why answer shouldn't be 53.9% of 101920 (where 101920 is valid voters)???

100%-2%=98% Now let we assume total votes as 100 98% of 100=98 So now valid vote is 98 Then we can proceed..,
