They know how to merchandise and increase its capital value all the while sucking money out through dividends whilst allowing the debt to exist in perpetuity. It they don’t know football. Ed Woodward is not a football person. There is no direction or vision with regards to recruitment. Player development under Ole and even Nose was non existent. There is no clear path for youth players to get into the first team. These are all things Ralph can give structure to.

Also, Rangnick invented Gegenpressing, and Klopp's tactics rely heavily on that so you can't say that Rangnick was only effective 20 years ago when stuff like attacking fullbacks are becoming essential in the modern game now. Rangnick was a huge fan of that idea and still is as it is a part of Gegenpressing. So you obviously don't even watch the prem enough to notice that either.
