Peoria Arizona Driving Tour
This is a tour of Peoria Arizona in early December 2019. In the video we drive around the Arrowhead town center, then head over to the Peoria sports complex. We also explore Arrowhead Lakes an upscale community north of the 101 Freeway.

Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren. Nice, precioso. Gracias por el video 👍
Nice video once again! We liked Peoria and surrounding area when house hunting! We’ll have to try that Mexican place, food looked pretty good!
There are 100+ year old homes in Peoria. My old school is now a museum. I grew up in Peoria. It was a nice small town back then. Over 50 years ago.
Thank you Jeff. Lovely area.
Thank you for this video. Showed my husband and I Peoria. We’re looking to move to Arizona this year. Your video was informative and descriptive. ❤️👍

Did you move? Where did you move from?
Great upload my friend moved out that way. Had to see what all the chatter was about. Very nice looking place I must admit. Food looks great! 🔥🔥🔥
North Peoria is emaculate love hiking and going to the lake. Short drive to up north and skiing. Lots of great neighborhoods like Vistancia and the meadows and Aloravita
Great video...thank you
Top video Jeff.
Nice tour of the area. The East Valley seems different. Maybe it’s me, but there is a difference east and west valley.
Awesome video
One thing I’ll give Arizona you get pretty much everything besides ocean and “ability to everyday live” in a forest area but still can take nice trips to strawberry show low etc and San Diego 5 hours can’t beat that..... I notice some spots have decent amount of water to and trees people sleep on this state big time
Linda maravilhosa Arizona
Any comments on the Recent two days that toughed down on River Rock, and then two weeks later Phoenix,
Thanks for the vid. Did you happen to hit up Vistancia in Peoria? It’s further Northwest, closer to the 303 freeway.

Man bro I love this city I'm ready to move there it reminds me of Florida with all those palm trees
I live in Victory at Verrado.. it's growing like crazy, tons of building.. but it's HOA community and I think would be of interest to folks thinking of moving here.. 2 houses near me just went on the market..

@@LivinginArizona yes.. we moved to AZ from WI about 5 years ago ( moved for job and family).. we lived in Sun City Grand.. which if you want amenities it's the place to live.. relatively low HOA, 2 activity complexes, every type of social or fun activities you'd want.. but after 2 years of searching we decided that the type of homes built 20 years ago in Grand weren't my style.. So we went to newer build ( there are many options, but they lack the established amenities and are higher HOA.. so there's no right or wrong, just choices). Verrado is a work in progress.. many from CA like it because the ambiance is very Orange County. The town center is small.. a small Bashes grocery store, a CVS and a couple of restaurants.. but nice greenery, trees, homes that are NOT little pink stucco. Houses are front porch, green grass.. quaint is my word for it. Shopping is a bit of a drive, 20 min at least, but right off the 10 it's easy to get to airport and a straight shot to CA. Nothing's perfect but I love seeing the white tanks granite out my windows, parks and walking paths in every neighborhood.
Video ending: “here’s a nice volcanic mountain to look at that’s extinct, I HOPE” 😂😂 🌋

Tax is high. I bought shorts $35. After tax $38.01 crazy
It’s Arrowhead lake in Glendale it not Peoria. Google it. I live close by
First off that's not the Arrowhead Mall. The Arrowhead Mall is at N.99th and W. Peoria Ave, Peoria. What you were showing is the Arrowhead Towne Center Mall and it's located in Glendale as is Arrowhead Lakes and Ranch
What did you say Fuddruckers in Arizona!
i grew up there right by centennial high. I playes little league at the stadiums and skated a rio vista park!

If you're referring to the lakes at the beginning of the video, being Arrowhead Ranch, all of the water in those lakes as well as the water for the golf course is reclaimed effluent water. I supervised the installation of all 300+ surface acres.
You won't want to move here. Snakes, Scorpions, 110 degree heat, expensive and the people are mean.

@Angie W there’s no scorpions in California, and the people are way meaner in Arizona
There’s a Trader Joe’s for “you health food people?” I find that incredibly insulting.
That's a total rip-off on Lake Havasu
