    At the moment I'm struggling with deppresion and I can't really get out my room and I've started self harming and I don't know what to do and I'm scared to tell my mum. I'm not sure what to do I feel myself getting worse and worse

    Yes,and my daughter is out of home, and doesn't answer my message,I'm always thinking thinking about the infinite worst possibilities and call her friends,and I get ready to get out to look for her,or whatever I have to do to find her. It's a constant nightmare. 😭

    Not always I sometimes look for an escape when I feel something bad is going to happen but ur right I do assume the worst but not in every situation. Most situations I tend to try to hide my fear like for instance I’ll be terrified for no reason and try to hide it. But in most parts ur right

    I had so much anxiety from lockdown drills at my school that i would know exactly where to hide, escape, and where to find a sharp object. In every single classroom. Im much better now and only get this anxious when really stressed. ❤😊

    I don’t think I have anxiety but I have some things that are very uncomfortable for me. For example when I’m going on a plane I always overthink everything. I plan out the whole flight and obsess over the safety card thingy. I also make research beforehand of where in the plane there’s the biggest chance of survival and how I will get my family out. It’s really exhausting, that’s why I don’t fly a lot.

    I have anxiety and many other mental problems so I do always think the worst is going to happen to me or people are gonna try to kill me or something, but its definitely varies from person to person.

    No, personally i do not search for exits in every room especially not ones i am already familiar with, what does make me look for exits is being out in public around lots of people, i dont feel safe around them.

    Idk if I have anxiety but one time I entered a hotel room and a day later I was doing some worksheets but the first thing I look at was the window next to the AC. This was bc I was rlly scared sm bad would happen. This only happened 1 time. 😊

    I’ve tried all sorts of pills from Holland & Barrett to get rid of my shakes. My nerves are not good. I wish I could relax.

    I know I can’t relate to either of your circumstances, but I hope that you’re doing okay regardless. Anti depressants and other medication like that may help, but I’m obviously not a doctor or psychiatrist or therapist so if you’re looking for professional advice, there’s always your GP, or even just talking about it with someone close who isn’t going to judge could help. I’m aware that this might not be helpful though so you don’t have to take my advice, just know that life will get better 👍 x

    God i wish my wife could understand what im dealing with when my anxiety and depression is happening...she gets upset when i cancel plans we made because im panicking....or she says im hiding when i stay in bed too long... honestly she makes me feel worse.

    I feel better knowing I have an escape. Like right now I gave a car loan to pay off. I can't quit my job until that is paid off. No escape from work right now. I can't sleep. I am literally giving up eating some meals to make extra car payments so I am free to quit my job if I need it.

    i suffer from anxiety but this is something i don t ALways do . i mean thinking of escape to worse situation?. dude if a volcano destroy all the city burn in fire where the hell is the escape soo i just think that there is no escape. however something that i always do is either talk a lote or when i don t talk move a lote like repetetive weird movement idk why i do them the more i am anxious the more speed in movement

    Don't speak on behalf of a group of individuals if you are not one of those individuals. That is social anxiety, but anxiety comes in many forms. You are wrong. Yes it can be like that for some people with anxiety, but not all people who have anxiety

    I’m obviously not an expert, but it depends on the circumstances of the situation. Generally not feeling any comfort has a correlation with feeling empty or numb, which is associated with depression. However, if not feeling any comfort is highlighted when in uncomfortable situations or when anxious or when many people are around, it’s likely to be Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Depression can be linked with other mental health disorders as well, including anxiety, so it could be both. Both anxiety and depression are completely common and nothing to worry about, pretty much everyone has a little bit of anxiety, or emptiness. If you’re worried about it, I’d suggest to contact your general practitioner, or psychiatrist, or someone who professionally diagnoses anxiety or depression as they will be of the upmost important help. However, if you don’t want to do this, then there’s always your close ones/family/friends who can support you. There’s always someone to talk to, I hope you’re doing okay 👍 x

    Just relax bro.. Just believe in yourself and try to make a daily plan.. Write down your positives and negatives..only you can make your anxiety low.. Try to be in present rather than in past or future
