The videos you're watching were shot in China. I live in China currently and these gadgets are all so easy to find online and so cheap. China is gadget heaven.

I just hate watching such video. It was so exaggerating and not realistic. Who need a bunch of gadgets like that if you can do most of the things by yourself and without relying on specific gadgets for specific job.
