The huge gun at 3:38 is actually a secret gun that spawns automatically when you get the achievement "inverse teleportation" and you can't spawn it whenever you want without certain mods, so the ai must have access to secret items.

Its called something like “Normal Gun”. When you perform the secret to spawn it, it has a chance to also appear in the guns section on your spawn tab, where it will stay.

That Big Gun is an achievement item called the normal sized gun, for getting the inverse teleportation achievement

the big gun is a people playground gun that you can only get by doing this secret thing by creating some spinning laser thingy. the a.i has access to every item in the game so it is able to spawn it whenever.

IMPORTANT TIP: press the A or D key while holding something to rotate it or press alt while holding either of those buttons are pressed when time is paused to make the object rotate at exact angles

the big gun is NOT a download but is hidden in the game back somewhere at its release date
