I have been personally been barred from spamming Stupendium song lyrics. So instead smile is a melee item in item asylum. It is a weapon of a large mass of dark gray flesh with a giant mouth embedded in it, studded with pale faces. Functionality While smile is equipped, the user will be granted +4 extra walkspeed. smile is initially held with both hands. Using smile causes the user to swing the weapon in front of them, dealing BlackDamage 12 damage and stunning enemies it strikes; however, using smile on a corpse or getting the finishing blow on an opponent will consume the body, reducing each limb of the body to a bloody splash. Consuming a body will permanently add 1.5 damage to the weapon, increase the wielder's max health by 10, and heal them for twice the amount of their victim's max health. These bonuses will continually stack and will reach their limits at the consumption of 40 bodies, resulting in BlackDamage 65 damage per swing and granting a total of +400 additional health. Each swing has 1.5 second cooldown before the weapon can be swung again. smile's base attack hitbox is 6×6×5 studs. smile's base attack instantly kills and consumes players who have activated dead. Merge Merge can only be used after consuming 10 bodies, prompting the user to consume more if they lack the requirement. Merging with the weapon immediately unlocks and triggers its ability In Search of Corpses alongside 5.5 seconds of invincibility upon merge. The item's base attack will then be enhanced to a 3-hit combo that knocks back and ragdolls any opponents on the final swing, as well as being slung over its wielder's shoulder instead of being held with both hands. In this state, smile will have minimal delay between swings and a cooldown of 1.5 seconds between each combo. Each swing's hitbox is increased to 8×8×5 studs. Vomit has a cooldown of 10 seconds. Tips smile is incredibly weak from the start, and most people will take advantage of it to shut down the user early. Keep the item stowed as much as possible outside of corpse collection. Be patient while collecting corpses prior to merging; smile is noticeably loud with iconic sound effects that may draw unwanted attention. A successful merge with the weapon is rewarded through mindfulness. NPCs such as shadow clones, noobs summoned from the noob tube, golems, trees summoned from earth tome, and even roombas can still be consumed for benefits. Although smile grants powerful bonuses, common shutdown items like death note, america or pact still remain a threat. When spawning with pact with a merged smile user running rampant, consider not resetting immediately after pacting them, as their healing will also heal their partner. Additionally, pacting an unmerged smile will result in them being more likely to merge, benefiting both parties. Just be mindful of smile's In Search of Corpses attack, consider picking off people near them with ranged weaponry instead to stay safe. borrow and vampirism can be used to temporarily or permanently disable smile from attacking. Proceed with caution if spotting a player with one of those weapons. On the flip side, attempt to use borrow or vampirism on a smile user when there is a chance. It may be risky to do so, but over time this risk will only grow greater. Every attack by the weapon, including while it hasn't been merged with, applies a significant amount of stun. It can be used for holding off opponents or softening them up to consume the body after. Take advantage of consuming corpses to its fullest. Not only will it continually make the weapon stronger, it will also provide a large amount of sustain during fights. In ZS, zombie corpses disappear quickly, which makes it rather difficult to efficiently collect them. Be patient and collect corpses one at a time. Avoid recklessly using the weapon's abilities; they are powerful but have long cooldowns. Keep them in reserve for larger crowds of players.
