    Thank you mam.. The reason I'm here is because there is always a situation where I have to be the leader (managing people) but my leadership is very poor.. At school once my class teacher decided to make me a class monitor ,and I was very sad because no one listen me due to my dull and poor communication and managing skills... But now I will improve my skills and will work hard on it. Thanks again for this video....

    2nd one is correct. 2.Did you use to play cricket ? It's questioning ,in past someone to make play cricket. If it is questioning verb should be in first form

    This is not good. Apologies for the blunt feedback. For eg: flexible in no way means being flexible in working hours. In fact if you and your team can not finish planned work in estimated time, its a bad indicator. Flexible truly means being flexible in approach to a problem, thought process, ideas etc etc. One size doesn't fit all so we have to be a flexible size
