American royalty. She does so much for people especially East Tennessee. She has been unbelievably famous for over 50 years. Never hear much bad about her. She never pushes her political views or any views that can cause issues. She is in my top 3 people on earth to meet.

The fact that her husband is not interested in fame and celebrity is probably one of the major reasons the marriage has lasted so long.

Then why are there no concrete photographs. The ones that are out there are very conflicting. They seem to represent many different men. This is getting truly, silly.

For those of us who live in her hometown I can say he's real! He lives like everyone else running around town doing normal things....he doesn't want to live the Hollywood life because hes a good old country boy......but he is real.....

Can't get much more genuine than Dolly - as a person, humanitarian and singer-songwriter. She's also an extremely smart businesswoman. Respect!

I met her husband once while at my former insurance agents office outside of Nashville years ago. He made a comment about my Ford Explorer saying “she has one of those”. I had no idea who he was until after he left and the agent told me. He was nice and very unassuming.

Dolly is probably the longest surviving celebrity who has reached global superstardom and yet has not let the demise of celebrity ruin her or diminish her life. And I know it has a lot to do with her staying low and minding her business. If anyone wants to be successful but hesitate due to the pressures of Hollywood, then look know that if Dolly can do it, so can you.

Dolly I lost my best friend of over 60 years recently. We weren't lovers. We both loved our husbands. Both of us had been married 50+ years, but we loved each other so much. I understand.

Dolly just gets better with time!

Don’t go flaunting it to the whole world or bad mouthing your partner to ANYONE, unless you’re in danger of course you should confide in someone for help but otherwise keep your relationship to yourself, I personally don’t even post pictures on social media of me and my husband
