I don't have credit cards and don't want any. It's what got me into trouble yrs ago. For me, buying a pair of sneakers to replace the one that has become uncomfortable to wear is a luxury. Buying a pair of pants or get a haircut is a luxury. Even Walmart's poor quality sneakers are expensive. Not sure how true it is but one of the reasons why their prices have gone up so much is they no longer want to be known as the poor man's store. Anyone remember the email that was leaked years ago about low income people shopping there?
