It's literally like a bunch of best-friends go together, realized they could sing, decided to sing, and then realized they could sing better than almost anybody else, and then decided, yeah, let's do that, but only if we can have a bunch of fun and still always remain best friends while we do it. ♥ At the end of the day, there is no denying their remarkable, natural talent. When God was passing it out to these five, he gave with both hands. I loved seeing their process and collaboration with each other.

It’s not everyday you’re invited in to see a recording session. This just shows how humble they all are. None of them are afraid to speak up and give their opinion. Must of the time it makes for a better sounding track. Love PTX. Awesome reaction. I would do the same and geek out if I was I. The room.

I think their motto is 'leave the ego at the door." I really enjoy the PTXperience videos show how they prep for the tours with rehearsals and choreography. Not necessarily to react (but it would be neat) but just FYI if you have time. The more current ones are 2018, 2019, and Evergreen Tour. As a senior closer to 80 than to 70, I just thought I would let you know how much I enjoy your reactions in that you actually seem to listen and notice what's happening on the videos.

I would love for DTV to react to the PTXperience videos. I rewatch them like I’m binging a Netflix series cuz they’re so fun.

I think it’s so awesome that they let cameras in so we can see this side of things. I wish more musicians would do the same. Kudos PTX for letting the fans behind the scenes.

All the buckets and reflective surfaces miked up for reverb, etc - genius. Love the contrast - reviewing in studio - and elsewhere - Scott Kevin can't sit/stand still, Matt, Kirstin and Mitch calmly watching and listening intently - but not afraid to chirp up. Family chemistry, music magic.

I’ve watched this mini documentary a few times now. At the end of the day, forgetting all the technology and engineering, it’s still just 6 (counting Ben) talented people getting together to do what they love.

Great reaction! I also love how there is no ego in any of them, I mean I didn’t think there was, but they just roll with it and do whatever they need to do for the good of the song.

Kevin's parents are from Granada and Zimbabwe I think. He wears a lot of necklaces and bracelets to honor his heritage. I loved this too. I also loved when right after Mitch sang the word, "child", matt said, " that's the song right there. He wasn't wrong bc I think that one of the parts everyone loves the most in that song.

I'm so glad you reacted to this. I love getting to see the behind the scenes when they are recording. My two favorite parts were the end when they were doing the body percussion and when Kirstie was hearing "The Prayer". The look of joy on her face was awesome.

I’ve watched this so many times and it’s all super fascinating but the parts that really get me are Kirstie hearing The Prayer and them recording Over the River. I would’ve happily watched every single second of that recording process.

It’s always so fun watching PTX BTS. Thanks for this reaction.

It is great to see all the planning, work and effort that goes into each song. The finished product always looks and sounds so effortless and easy.

yeah - bugs me when they say "it's effortless for" him/her, whomever. NOT. Raw talent is pushed to hone skill to make it LOOK effortless, but it's work, and courage.

Loved this, I'm so glad you got a chance to see this. It gives a whole new perspective on the group and how they make decisions to make their music perfect.

I looove watching the behind the scenes of recording, arranging and their tours. And also love seeing reactors watching them as well so this made me very happy! Very nice reaction. Hope to see you watch more of their bts stuff in the future!

Thanks for this DTV! So nice to see how they work together and so nice of them to share this with us all. They seem so relaxed, at ease with each other and yet so professional, and focused with their pens, pencils and sheet music in hand. Practice makes perfect for sure but there is pure raw talent and sheer genius underpinning it, not to mention that they seem to enjoy what they do. "Three Ships' is one of my favourites from PTX with the slapping, clapping, snapping and swishing, so it is soooo nice to see how they came up with it. Agree with you there seems to be no selfishness in how they work and how they discuss so they achieve the best outcome.

Loved it! So nice seeing how it all comes together. Love your enthusiasm for them.💕 Scott, Mitch and Kirstie did an episode of the tv show Bones. That is fun watching them actually act. Scott and Mitch are suspects in a murder. It is a fun video. Would like to see your reaction.

The last part of the video with the body percussion session, PTX turned into audience participation for their Evergreen concerts for I Saw Three Ships. Each of the members takes part of the audience, teaches them a small body percussion segment (not as complicated as this, but still....) and then they put it all together to perform the song. Sometimes it comes out okay, and sometimes it comes out pretty amazing!

There are no ego’s here. At least I have never seen any. They are there to make music, music for their fans. It has been what they have wanted always, Scott, Mitch and Kirsty. Totally not Mitch's style 😁. He would only do that if he was forced to. 💯 Same with choreography, he absolutely hates it every time, but it's his job and he will do what is necessary🤷🏿‍♀️😊🙏🏾
