BEST reaction I've seen in ages! I laughed out loud! 😂 Thank you for that! yeah.. Mitch "mean-mugged" us! Avi had a theatrical gift for going what I call "Darkside" and this was the first time Mitch gave it a try! The first time I watched this video I was in bed all relaxed and ready to go to sleep and thought it would be nice to watch a new video by Pentatonix that was a nice, classical piece. When Mitch shot forward with that high note and his mouth in the sneer right in my face I dropped my tablet and literally started scrambling backwards as fast as I could but the wall was in my way! lol I'm surprised that the editor didn't win something for the editing on this video as well! Their first Arrangement /Music Video that got a Grammy was Daft Punk. Scott's friend, Ben Bram, recorded and edited Daft Punk and he won a Grammy for his editing and accepted it along with Pentatonix when they got their Grammy for the arrangement! Ben Bram is the person who told Scott he should get The Trio back together and add a bass and beatboxer, then audition for The Sing Off. That's where Pentatonix began and Ben has been with them since their formation. He is so talented!

Finally the 8) video (and audio?) editors get to work to assemble the package. The fans get to enjoy the ensemble's work.

Their video for Royals had a similar conceit, where they were positioned in a vertical line with Mitch in front (as he had the lead), and as each member had a part to sing/perform, they would step to the side into formation, then back into "hiding" in line when they weren't singing. When the holidays are over, you should check it out as it's pretty great.

This is an instrumental tale of intrigue and and treachery performed by a vocal group without lyrics, or instruments and I've thought it was genius since it came out. Just a brilliant concept even if you don't consider the excellent arrangement and voices. And wasn't that bass bomb a lovely note? The thing about this video I like and what makes it special , is of course their performance, but how the song saves this video... If you dubbed over some heavy metal or punk or something in a minor key, how scary this video would look. All black, their serious faces, Mitches scowl, their outfits, especially Avi's, it all looks very Goth. I think you would greatly enjoy some of Home Free's, Voice Play, or Voctave's Christmas music as well. Yep giddy!

The first Grammy they won was for best arrangement , instrumental or acapella for both Daft Punk in 2015, Dance of the Sugar plum fairy in 2016 and in 2017 best country duo /group performance for Jolene w/ Dolly Parton.

the editing is not so difficult, but very very kreativ. to synchronize the keyframes to switch the opacity, the scale and the position of the layers to the music is hard work...it works with adobe premiere pro...but.... it's perfectly done in this video.

Definitely Mitch slapped, by the entire group. Now you are ready for the ultimate Mitch slap of Mitch slaps. But please, wait until after the holidays, after you have been to see the dr, to make sure that you don't have any hidden medical conditions, and after you install a seat belt. Then, you will be quasi ready for Aha! Singapore star vista. It's a fan video, which really focuses on Avi and Mitch. You never see Kevin, but you can hear him. He's putting beyonce away during the beginning of the video.

Firstly, thanks! Will you react to Joy to the World? It's another great one. A non holiday song I'd love to see your reaction to is Run to You. An Avi solo song I'd also love to see you react to is Quarter Past Four. It's on his Avriel and the Sequoias album. Again, your face! That is so awesome haha! @@rocksolidreactions3901 A similar editing process was used on the Acapop!Kids video of their mashup of Bohemian Rhapsody and Somebody to Love. Only there are 10 kids in it instead of the 5 people here. It might be the same editor since the Acapops are related to Pentatonix.
