The beat on this is absolutely crazy!Even though the "melodic" beat of the trio in the chorus isn't that intense but much rather more mellow, Kevin still goes OFF with the percussion. Such a good song, I love everything about it.

Kevin blows me away! The beat boxing is unreal!

They've always been great (since day 1 10 years ago) but increasingly, I find myself forgetting that this is a capella.

I just love how much you appreciate PTX. You are so right about Kevin. There is nothing to beat it. Then the way they arrange their music is beyond superb. And every single member has such a great voice that they are so smart to blend perfectly.

Hiya, Pat! Scott and Mitch sound great in the leads here and Kirsti gives them support for the high points but it's really Kevin and Matt that kick this song in the butt and take it from good to fan-freakin'-tastic!

As usual Kevin is an absolute beast....Mitch is just just just well? What can I say?...PTX has only gotten better and better over the years...like a fine wine...and I hope PTX continues to put incredible music for MANY years to come!!!!

This whole album is awesome. Side, bored, never gonna cry again, a little space well just the whole thing! So proud of what they've created.

Originals are SO exciting!! Fantastic Reaction! The person who brings you coffee in bed really does care for you, no matter what! Since this is an album celebrating their first decade together, I see this one as a nod to Superfruit: Scott & Mitch. I’ve seen that room in the video and those suits before! Mitch in the rafters! Amazing harmonies! And Kevin!!!! I think he added a steel drum to his drum kit!! Here in Texas we got 6” of snow & that only happens once a decade!! The multiple nights we’ve had in single digits hasn’t happened in 3 decades.

Fun fact: the room and bed was the same for all five. The room and bed were all dressed differently.

The whole album is inspired. I love this new sound- and welcome back to the high notes, Mitch! Thank you for reacting.

Great reaction! I agree that Kevin was the star of this video with his beat boxing. Matt with his bass lines and Kirstie with the harmonies were great. Scott and Mitch with the vocals were fantastic and I loved the changes to the pace throughout the video.

It’s hard to pick a favorite on any given Pentatonix song but damn, Kevin is insane of this one. It’s crazy to listen closely and not be sure it’s not a drum kit

I've been waiting for this reaction. Thank you. It goes well with Superfruit. Mv is even filmed in the same room as the Superfruit song "Dany u" lol oh and Scott and Mitch wrote it in cooperation with several other people. Regarding the new sound, Kevin said in an interview that collaborators on this album proposed to amplify their voices by adding reverb. As the next one I recommend "TheLucky Ones" from the Jimmy Kimmel program.

Two of the songs were released already...Happy Now and Be My Eyes which I loved both. I’ve been listening to the album on repeat, can’t wait to see the videos for them. This is one of my favorites off the album. I also love “Love Me When I Don’t”.

That actually was not a live performance, it was a live debut of the video for The Lucky Ones.

I liked how, even though the same room - showing they were all in the same "place" - the different decor showed their individual journey. Very cool.

Besides the bedroom they used for this being the same one Scott and Mitch used for their Superfruit, Deny You video, I also got a little Deny You vibe in the song as well. Loved it.

This is what Superfruit would have sounded like with Kevin beatboxing, Matt on bass and Kirstie harmonizing.

I love this song, they are all so impressive in this whole album, but I have to say...Mitch is just stunning in this video. Fantastic.

YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE "NEVER GONNA CRY AGAIN". LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE LYRICS. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

I really have been avoiding watching/listening to new PTX. I haven't liked much of the more recent stuff. However, I do like this one. I think KO and Matt shine in it, as well as Scott and Mitch. Not sure Kirsten did in this one, but did a good support role. The headboard/hanging was the same in all their views, but the rest of the decor changed for each one. TFS

Kirstie wrote or co-wrote more than half the songs on the new album and takes lead on several of them as well. This song was Scott & Mitch's showcase (they wrote it). Kevin & Matt shine throughout the entire album as well.

Kevin said in an interview that they did use production tricks they had never used because it just fit their goals in this album. He sad that now, it will be fun because they get to be creative in how to do them live without the extra production stuff.
