I like the fact that you had Christian parents that taught you the basics and morals of life and how to be God’s hands and feet and share his love! Thank you so much mom and dad Mr. and Mrs. Guy Penrod. Thank you for not being ashamed to publicly glorify God! Jesus said if you deny me before man I will deny you before my father in heaven!

This is the first time I’ve seen this video. It’s May 2, 2023. Guy I didn’t know you had a son married son, and grandchildren. This is a treat for me. May God bless you and your family.

My husband grew up in Las Cruces. When he was on recruiting duty with the Navy in the late 70’s we were members of Temple Baptist. Guy was a young teenager. Nothing better then being grandparents!

Just now found this and I didn't know that Guy had grand children! I love the videos and hearing about the up to date things in Guys life. He is one of my favorite singers and I love the Gaither vocal band. Most of the songs are from many years back but I really enjoy them. Especially with Guy and David singing. Thank you for sharing

Your family is so blessed!! Many people in this world have not had a Christian structure like you all have had and it truly makes a difference in a child's life if brought up in a Godly home. It does my heart good to see this still happening while living in such a dark world. I didn't have that privilege, but I did find the Lord at age 14. I'm now 64! God bless you all!! Lovely family. Mr Guy Penrod has been my ultimate favorite singer. We called him the Gaither Jesus as kids. I'm from South Africa.

What a beautiful Christian family. I had the privilege to meet Guy, his wife and son Logan today and it warmed my heart. Please tell Guy that steel player he saw outside the bike shop in Cincinnati said hello and he was a blessing to me just by showing kindness and chatting with me before I played.

Greetings to the Penrod family from Ky. I sure miss the old days of listening to the GVB with Guy, David, Wes, Bill, and Russ, but thank goodness for videos. The impact that GVB had on my life is immeasurable, so thank you Guy for being a big part of that. The way your children have turned out is such a testament to the quality and character of you and your wife. May you all be blessed with health and happiness.

How nice to see the Penrod family growing up. Can't believe it. Seen your Dad many times in a 3-day concert in Olando. We made sure to keep that date once a year. It was all the Gaither sings & oh what a nice time we had. We hit all the shows & remember your Dad running to the stage as he was late one time. LOL ❤🙏

I have loved your dad for years. I had no idea he had seven kids. I watched him on the Gathers. Wonderful family. I’m from Ohio, my husband & I went to college in Tennessee. We got married right out of high school. Will be married 58 years in September. Love watching this.. I’m really a Tennessee woman ❤. We also have a Christian family. Love God ❤

I think you are all the greatest family ever! What an inspiration your mom & dad are. 8 children of their own and now grand babies! Ok now if it takes the 8 ply mom to sing it’s time for Dad Guy to do concerts again! I stand amazed with his singing of Jesus of Nazareth…. Oh How Marvelous/Oh How Wonderful…. Dad Guy needs to continue to use his gift of singing for the Lord to bless others and his family too which includes your new family!!!!!! A Penrod Farm concert for a contest of 50 to 100 people looks doable!!! I & my husband get to be automatic if the attendees since this is my idea!!! Your dad is gifted and your mom is blessed! I remember when all you kids when were young at your dads home and he named everyone of you one by one. As with any family time passes and the use to be kids now have kids of their own. I've seen you father since he came on the scene with the Gaither's, I only live a few miles from the Gaither's in Alex. I've seen your dad when he was in college with short hair singing in a video. I am 76 and have watched and listened to Guy since Salvation 36 years ago! So blessed by his journey and example!

The first Gaither video I saw was the Home coming in Hawaii in the '90s, and Bill sang a song to Jesse, a baby at the time. What a blessing to get a glimpse of the next generation.

Just saw your video today. May 16, 2024. Been following your Penrod family for years. Met all of you in Lynchburg at the church when your Dad was singing!
