@@Brondy123 um...for your kind information I respect each and every music, culture, religion etc and thanks for the recommendation for wizkid because as I said I try out every type of music. I would proudly say I am into kpop and it's also my choice what and who I am going to listen to, if I am into kpop then that's my favorite genre and this doesn't makes my music taste bad. Whatever music we feel comfortable and more vibing we listen to it. The artist in this song had a unique idea of mixing afrobeat in kpop that doesn't mean he is copying because the song, the lyrics, the music, the idea in his.

This Korean artist has literally done nothing wrong to any african or black person before, and has given credit and praise to Nigerian artists. He's passionate about the genre and I'm happy that somebody is appreciating my culture. You're only angry at him because he's Korean, so you are racist. You act like black people don't disrespect other black people's culture. Black americans are known to be very disrespectful towards african culture. And how do you know the majority is racist? Have you personally spoken to most koreans? If somebody said majority of black people are criminals, that would be racist. As you should
See, you can do this type of music without the braids, the locs, the afros, the saggin pants, huge gold chains, twerking girls and bouncing cars. This is true appreciation and not appropriation (I don’t speak for all my fellow black brothers and sisters) but I definitely am thankful that this was done in a respectful way that portrays a black culture and music in a positive and artistic light

@@yourkittyeater171 you chose to be dumb right there 😭😭 cause first of all his chain isn’t gold, second of all I’m talking about those huge gold chain link necklaces that stereotypical ’gangsters’ wear. There’s no problem in wearing jewellery, it’s when it’s exaggerated to represent ’hood or gang’ members.

@@sweetlemonade6925 This is called a dancehall beat. Not Afro beat. It was not created by Africans. It’s Jamaican and it uses an Indian drum. It’s been around since the 70s. It’s a genre along with soca reggae and chutney coming from the West Indies and not Africa, not Nigeria. It’s Caribbean. Stop being ignorant and learn the history of music before you post something. The world is full of confusion that people don’t bother to learn the origin of anything any more. Even YdG said this is dancehall if you don’t know well now you know. This is a different culture so recognize it before you post

@@weebsimp494 I’m not talking about the language. My argument is about the beat. It is a dancehall beat. And the argument is deep when this person ignorantly try to tell me about something that I actually know about and was trying to educate them on. I don’t care what kind of language is spoken on a track, at the end of the day the beat is still a dancehall beat. Just like hip hop is still hip hop and rock is still rock.

I’m obsessed with this song and I just found it it’s a Korean singer! Wow
The beat is fire..plus the way they both flowed into the beat . Especially bollo himself...nice effeort..shows how much research was done at some..point with the language. .."omalicha"(igbo language) top 3 languages in Nigeria...and it means.. "something precious" ..."my omalicha"...more like saying..my darling, my sweet heart, my diamond, my all, my love..etc...more of a compliment..used to whine babes.
