It was only for Sonic Mania. They did not work on Sonic Superstars at all, it was another company named Arzest.

Absolutely excited for this game. Here from Sonic yeah, but I’m down to see what this studio can do with their own idea. Buying first day!

It's refreshing to see a new, whimsical and fun looking game. Nothing overly complicated but colorful and nice designs. I'd like to see more of the gameplay.

Now this is the kind of bustling, character filled, energetic, cartoonish, platformer with penguins game I needed🤩

I was sold on this thinking it was a 2D platformer… but seeing those 15 seconds of gameplay has got me EXCITED

This game gives me "NiGHTS into dreams..." and "Ristar" vibes !! This looks like it's going to be a fun ride!

This almost feels like a modern-day stylized Sega Genisis game. It's amazing.

Why hello there sleeper hit of 2024. Definitely adding this to my wish list.

This is my most anticipated game of next year. It looks so fun and charming.

What’s amazing is that some of the animators for this trailer, weren’t actually a part of the team initially, but joined after watching the gameplay trailer months ago.

So exited for this, love the development team and the artstyle!!!

This is made by the guys who developed Sonic Mania, so there's a 99.99% chance that it'll be amazing.

One of the games I'm looking forward to next year since I'm a big fan of Sonic Mania; and the 3D platforming and colorful characters/environments look amazing!

Reminds me of mischief makers

Feels like, the human world in Sonic's World, back a few centuries ago.

This looks like it could've saved the Sega Saturn in the 90's from it's lack of 3d Sonic title to boost sales! Perfect aesthetic!💖

Interesting. So, the Sonic Mania head developer is having a hand at an all new, 3D action platformer, eh? He could legitimately go 2 for 2 with this. I'm definitely interested. Based on the 2 for 2, it's actually has a bit of a double meaning to it: 1) If this succeeds, then Christian Whitehead and crew will have succeeded in making a new Sonic game first and then a new 3d action platformer. 2) If this succeeds, then Christian Whitehead and crew will have succeeded in making a new Sonic game that came out better than some of the original developers, and then a new 3d action platformer that came out better than some of the original developers (translation: folks love Sonic Mania, but only like/dislike the latest Sonic games, and folks could love Penny's Big Breakaway, but hate/strongly dislike Balan Wonderwold) Either way, let's see what's up!
