Northeast. Boston - Philly corridor (anywhere there are large numbers of Italian restaurants/delis that do catering for graduations, family reunions, family bday parties, etc.). Even if you’re not Italian, chances are if you lived in this region you had penne alla vodka next to “big ass aluminum” trays of sausage & peppers, eggplant rollatini, meatballs in marinara sauce, etc. at your events.
