Possible method: 3:13 After Teller knows the final card selection, his right hand makes a deck switch under the table (maybe somebody hiding under the table hands it to him, or it's taken from a library of 52 decks). Penn taking an undue amount of time to circle the selection with the pen serves as a distraction and allows enough time for the deck switch to occur. The cards in the new deck are all the six of spades, except for the top twelve cards (the bottom two cards of each eight-card pile that he deals) and the last four cards (which Teller discards face up when finished dealing). We briefly catch a glimpse of several of the six of spades being dealt onto the first pile at 3:28, 3:36 and 3:40. And likewise, a number of the cards he deals between 3:48 and 3:52. When he turns the chosen pile over, he exposes the bottom two cards as two other possibilities that she may have ended up with instead (in this case, the four of diamonds and the eight of hearts).

What? No, all Teller had to do was put the cards on the bottom of the deck as they were selected. He then waited for Sierra to choose one of the four, and dealt that card from the bottom to the required position. Lol I’m not fooled. This trick would continue until she picks the number they wanted her to pick
So I can see how Teller would switch the deck to a loaded one while Penn distracts everyone with the numbers. Sure. But how did they force the 6 of clubs to begin with? She seemed to have free choice with that, and having 52 loaded decks seems kinda unlikely.
@G.Aaron.Fisher

They 100% had 52 decks. On the spectrum of prep work magicians will do for an effect, it's not all that crazy. It wouldn't even be the first trick on the show that required 52 decks.
The dice was paid actor
when Teller puts the cards down, you can see that all 6 of spades. e.g. in 3:01 or 3:28. the fact that he already had the stack in his hand before she chose is probably because the probability that she would take this card was the highest. Otherwise he would have had to take another pile from under the table.

For all we know theres a guy under the table who has 52 decks of individual cards and all Teller needs to do is drop his hands for a few seconds for the switch... you can tell they are all 6 spades as he is slightly flashing when he deals the first pile
@gifgoldblum7940

What? No, all Teller had to do was put the cards on the bottom of the deck as they were selected. He then waited for Sierra to choose one of the four, and dealt that card from the bottom to the required position. From here it's a guess, but I'd say they have multiple ways of landing on the card in that position depending on the two numbers given. Also Penn making a point to keep an eye on Teller as he slid the pile over was sus.
That was the longest card trick ever

How did the follow up cards end up being perfectly lined up to be every 11th counting down in probability? Is this a sleight of hand or manipulation trick? Hmmmm After rummaging through the comments, I believe it's both: they manipulated all of her choices and had worked decks to get the result, as well as sprinkling some believable cards to show it's "real"

Very simple math trick from childhood with "random" number leading to the same result for the any given number. Just encapsulated in tons of words, moves and fun stuff. Good job! But "I don't think you fooled me" (C) Penn and Teller

Since Penn talks so much and so fast that Teller could be doing anything and you wouldnt notice. As an audience member, when you're up on stage you are listening carefully incase you make a mistake on national TV and look like an idiot

For the love of god, people in the comments need to stop simping for Brooke's Daughter.
Such a cute young lady. Sometimes people just give their newborns beautiful names, and they grow right into it. That trick was just too complicated which means it's a simple one but padded like mad. Of course, that doesn't mean that I have a clue how it works, but hey, that's Penn & Teller!
There's too much going on in that trick. Much of the audience will lose track of what the magicians are explaining.
