Did you ever finish this project?

Sweet! I'm happy with my SS Brewtech FTSs but it does get to be a pain juggling frozen 2 liters.

It's a large expense for sure but with Unitanks it's hard not to run glycol. It's a time saver to be able to serve from the tank when I don't get a chance to package.
