Thank you sm for this video doctor As a medical student with CPPS its completely neglected to conduct pelvic vein workup for a pt with CPPS with imaging having excluded all organic causes BUT its unheard of to do pelvic vein US when it makes SO MUCH sense! So many patients are suffering with poor quality of life bc this info isn't apparent in medical communities - it needs to change
I wonder if it can cause pain in the lower spine and the hip joints ? That would be wonderful if somebody could answer that for me ?

Yes I have pain in my left lower back, hips and it runs down my left leg.
