When I was promoted on my job my senior supervisor told me and I'll never forget - "Never let a snake know that you know they are a snake or else it will change the way it deals with you, just leave it and it will expose themselves." ....your video confirms this, and you are absolutely correct! You are 100% correct! Some folks will just act like they don't know what you're talking about if you confront them. These types think they're super clever and can fool everyone. They will spin the narrative and make you look like you're crazy or the villain. Your best bet is to avoid these phony devious types as much as possible. Also don't talk about them to others.

They are so miserable they try to put their problems on you. Just ignore them do not react. These are miserable souls. They are trying to take your energy.

And my money is going up and down, my love life is at a standstill and I am spiraling! So I needed this! It’s much more peaceful to act accordingly then to speak accordingly!

Keeping it real can go left real quick! 😂 Been there, done that, got the sweatshirt & the hoodie....I'm good! Lesson learned! Now, I just sit back and take mental notes. Wow I didn't know that but what if you tell them in a cool calm collective matter though because some people do need to hear the real especially now since everyone us acting like puppets or sheep

I also have noticed that the people I want to confront tend to lack self awareness and can’t handle any sort of criticism, especially if they are a narcissist. I kept it real with my narc brother and it ended with him spitting in my face. That was 6 years ago and I haven’t spoken to him since. I have learned to tame my tongue, but it does take practice and self discipline . I am also grateful for the moments where I expressed how I felt because in those moments they revealed their true colors.

It resonates with me. I have to do a lot better with not calling out the things I see. It’s extremely hard for me not to, I’m a straightforward person some people may even say blunt. I dislike games and being fake, manipulation. You are right though it hasn’t always gotten me the results I wanted, but I feel like I would rather just be true to myself. If I play along, I feel like I’m no better than them, in terms of being manipulative or fake. And in the end they will eventually be exposed anyways, what’s done in dark comes to light. I have to work on this I guess, not speaking on it every time. It’s hard

Yes, you are absolutely right! The Holy Spirit would reveal things to me about different people at different offices I worked at. If I started feeling “funny” or sensed something, I’d either pull back or just remain quiet. Like you and others have said, they will not admit to what they’re doing in the dark. I’ve always felt like they would deny it or call me crazy/paranoid.

Hallelujah it just happen to me last night at work on 3-11pm. Instead of coming to me went to the staff coordinator and she approached me like I was a child. It was concerning a patient. However I did not say anything and took care of the patient. The under handedness individual came to me later and said you are not talking my response I am concentrating on my work. Prayed to God in silence and killed the messed from moving forward. The person came back to me and wanted me to ask why you did the underhandedness concerning the patient. I silence the enemy in the individual by keeping quite. You are on it because it is written bring your flesh under subjection of the Holy Ghost. God fight my battles all I do is be still and let him deal with people. Shalom

We must confront in the Body of Christ because the Word instructs us too, but in the world, people don't always have the right motives or any intention of reconciliation. But Titus tells us to warn once then twice and then have nothing more to do with them. This is one on one. This is not talking about those in authority to exercise church discipline or speak the Word of the Lord. Our desire should always be to obey God's will. Whatever the Holy Spirit leads us to do. The Lord will always give us wisdom in every situation. Whether to speak or keep silent. And also how to make amends if we err and speak prematurely. We must stay close to the Lord and in His Word, and He will help us mature and teach us how to hear and obey Him.❤

God bless you. I was just in Proverbs 12 today where it says in verse 6: Fools show their annoyance at once, but the prudent overlook an insult. This has been my way of being for quite some time after working on not being reactionary. I have found that many people do not have the emotional maturity to receive correction, and it is true that they will lie when put on the spot. I just let people think they're winning and quietly remove myself. If it's someone I have to deal with on a regular basis, I pray about the appropriate words and timing.

Lol those boys were running up and down the block chasing each other after school. It may look like a bad situation but trust me it wasn't. They're always wrestling and running when they get out of school. A lot of kids are in after school programs so once they get out they're super energetic

This video has resonated with me deeply. I am in highschool (My birthday is in a few days! I'm turning 15 on Sunday!). Please help me. Somebody pray for me. I have the most goodest intentions I swear, but I just can't seem to mind my business. I'm always trying to mediate between situations that dont directly affect me. This is really hard for me to just stay quiet. Today, I had an argument/petty little drama with this girl in my class. She was talking ill of the new girl in science class behind her back. What really made me mad was the fact that shes always the one to defend her friends or defend herself when people talk bad abt her, but then she decided to talk bad abt the new girl. I was so angry because the new girl is a friendly acquaintance of mine and I thought she had become upset, so out of anger I called her the a word. And then she wanted to fight me. Im a relatively skinny boy, and I cant really fight. I told my teacher and she told me that I should've been careful with how I deliver my tone and words and how she shouldn't have to resolve everything with her fists. But why is it that it always backfires on me whenever I try to defend other people? I know its my fault. But why is thay the reason? Its not fair that she talked bad about the new girl, but somehow Im in the wrong for being mean to her back. I never can mind my business, but Ive got the biggest heart (as my fav teacher says) but I always involve myself in dramas that dont directly affect me. It hurts knowing that I have the best intentions just to he destroyed by people I may have thought were kind. Please somebody help me. How do I fix myself? I just want to be happy and not care about everything and just focus on going to university in the near future. The Lord is testing me, and I am so irritated.

Listen to me. You're a teenager who is still growing and learning. Certain things teenagers do are to be expected. Go easy on yourself because you're gonna make mistakes and bump your head sometimes. Usually people with a big heart do the things you do. We always want to come to the rescue of others we see in trouble. Don't change that beautiful quality about yourself. You can pull that person to the side in private if time permits and tell them you're uncomfortable with them talking about the new girl cause she's cool. Only pull them to the side if you feel they're worth having the conversation. If they're the type of person to lie, deny or get confrontational then hold your peace. Some people are meddlesome people and you expect it from them cause they're always showing who they are. Sounds like the new girl is causing her to be intimidated so she's bad mouthing her. New kids in class are the center of attention so some students will start talking about them or even making fun of them.
