“This has turned into a slight obsession I think” Has paintings of badgers, has a badger mug, spent 3 years building a habitat for badgers, watches badgers all day

Mobolite art and dedication is about obsession. It is a very good thing, in this case I wish I lived next door to him.

@@carolinemacrae6227 I see your point, but argue that art and dedication aren’t synonymous with obsession. Obsession is a continual preoccupation, a priority. You can be dedicated to something or someone without revolving your life around it. As for art, most artists aren’t obsessed with what they create. I’m was just making a joke about his use of the adjective “slight” to describe his obsession :)

@@mobolite slight obsession, yes not possible. Huge obsession, slight interest. I'm on autistic spectrum so I have to be obsessed in order to do anything. It could be a handicap or a gift. Sistine Chapel, is a good example of obsession.

That isn’t a good thing, but badgers deserve respect more than humans.
A truly magnificent obsession. I hope you and your badgers have a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
Their badger cam should be a livestream on the internet.
The other day I saw a badger laying lifeless by the side of the road. It was the first time I’d seen one in person and I sat next to the little thing and cried until somebody took it. It’s been on my mind every since, I can’t stop thinking about how beautiful this lovely animal was, and how undignified the sight was. I know it’s morbid but this video has helped me a lot ❤️

they're nice animals, but they're usually disease ridden, spreading it too other animals and despite their reclusive nature giving off the idea of there being few of them. There are a massive amount of Badgers in the UK, they're overpopulated. Dont feel too bad about it, getting hit by a car is a quick and painless way to go out.

European badgers look so nice; like they’re about to invite you into their home and offer you a cup of tea. Then there’s the American badger and they look like they’re about to mug you in broad daylight.
3 years to build a badger big brother house! He is my hero!!!!
when that one who yawned made a yawn sound I nearly died of cuteness !!!
Badgers are too powerful. They’re going to take over humanity and overrule our leaders. We will eventually be living in a world dominated by badgers. That will be awesome

It's a real eye-opener, isn't it? :) Enjoy. We feed the birds wild bird seed and the squirrels raw in-shell peanuts in the backyard all year long. Apparently, they've learned to keep an eye on our back door in the A.M. because even little sparrows will be waiting for us in the morning along with the blue jays, red cardinals and squirrels. We have a small Jack Russell terrier and it's quite a show while sitting on the patio during fair weather. The dog pretends to chase the squirrels and the squirrels pretend to run. :D

I literally saw a monster at 3am a few years back crossing the road (not busy at all at the time). I left my phone at home which I regret. How do I go about setting up a camera? Where would I put it?
Really inspiring video! Great to see his love of painting and love of art coming together!
Absolute genius! What a way to help wildlife, and get to see intimacies that few people ever do! Thank you 😊❤️
We have badgers visit every night. We put out peanuts or cat food for them. We watch them every night. Most often from our bedroom window. They are incredibly noisy when they eat. But oh so lovely. Last year mum bought her babies to our garden, they quickly began visiting us on their own. All of this is not unusual but I should mention we live in a city, fingers crossed my badgers stay safe.

How enterprising of you. I would be glued to the screen day and night.. The painting looks wonderful too What a lovely combination. Art and badger watching. Their interaction with other wildlife is just fascinating.
This guy is a true Hufflepuff 🖤💛
amazing- I've always wanted to see what life is like inside a badger set
I wish i was near a badger sanctuary. I want to get to know at least one badger.
my badger highlights - badger climbing willow tree (to rip down the bird feeder) - badger interactions with marten, fox and cats at night (who's boss) - badger introducing their offspring to 'their' family territory - badger rather violent court ship - badger acting like a vacuum cleaner with their terrific noses
This is so wholesome
Adorable creatures. They exude an aura of coziness.
He REALLY loves badgers! So cute!
Badgers are really underrated animals!
God bless this guy what an effort.

I'm addicted to watch our badger family forage at night in the garden - 2 badger cams currently recording 😍 can't wait until they show up with the little one/s 😍 (after witnessing kinda violent badger-love-making earlier this year)

Wow! Amazing!
I like it you are awesome you act like they are your kids that you would do anything for them great story loved it 😍
Here in The UK we use Badger sets for pouring used engine oil down, as the sets are very deep. It’s the best way of returning the oil back to deep under ground where the oil came from originally.
So cute!!!👍🙂

Lovely.. I remember my first encountering with a Badger, in finnish "Mäyrä".. We both were scared, because we surprised each other! :D We both were just minding our own business, and we both made some cracking sound on brushes.. It was me, who started backwarding, speaking slowly.. I was in its territory, so i go back..

i'm really interested in what cameras you used? I've got a plan for a chimney...
We had a very large hedgehog visit our garden to pinch the cat food.... until a quarter to three this morning, such a commotion going on outside under some young oak trees, an enormous badger was systematically dismantling and eating the poor hedgehog, even though I had a spot light on it, it didn't look at me once, even a dog fox visited to see what was going on, he stayed well away from the badger and left when I put the spot on him. Never knew badgers killed and ate hedgehogs. P.S. the nearest countryside is about 3/4 mile away.
the one show can jog on.
I love Wilde life too very interesting house 🏠 thanks for showing this in KZread

🤩🤩
I feed...and sit and watch a couple of badgers every night in the garden..a fox sometimes comes first..but he soon disappears when he knows the badgers are coming
My badger experiences include crawling inside badger setts as an abandoned and neglected and abused child to share the sett with the badgers to get out of the rain and petting the baby badgers, but having to try not to get scratched or bitten by the adult badgers. I saw these kinds of interesting badger behaviors you show here on video when living with badgers part time, once the moon was shining on them and they were awake. The rest of the time I lived with my abusive family. They sent vicious dogs after me to bite me and drag me by the leg out of my homes with the badgers. I think I was trying to get to Narnia and I asked the badgers if they knew the Narnian beavers. :) They never answered me but I thought they'd be friends. I also expected them to put on a waistcoat and serve me tea like Mr. Badger in The Wind In The Willows stop action animation and got really disappointed when each adult male badger I met didn't do that and become my daddy. So I told myself stories from Wind In The Willows until I fell asleep in the sett. This was in America in rural Idaho and these were American Badgers. I was 6 years old when I started seeking out friendships with badgers and using their setts as shelter. :) I also made friends with lots of other animals and took shelter with them too and shared their food. Now I have a degree in Wildlife Biology and I'm going to continue to try to find work that protects the Earth and the animals.

You need to have a looksee of the Honey Badger from Africa (as opposed to the European, Asian or American).
It’s art. Always a great way to justify changing wild animal behavior for attention.

Ok. Where is the TV show? Where are the editors who can splice dramatic moments together and make create a story? I want my badger soap opera.
