oldest, largest, and most respected associations in the world today.
Master Pedro Sauer founded the PSBJJA in order to maintain and pass on
the art developed by Helio and Carlos Gracie.

I like learning the concept of jiu jitsu moves not just a technique, as technique will just explain one thing while concept will open the door to more possibilities. This is why I really liked the illustrative concept of a jack lifting up a car.
