Craig also talks about how he sees Bella as his adoptive daughter, and Bella says she misses both of them and grew to trust everyone to tell her when she was doing well and to take care of her, literally described it as the best year of their life ❤ it's so wholesome, I hope more people like them get into these positions of power so they can utilize it correctly.

@@LilXancheX I don't disagree on principle, but relationships with such an age and power imbalance tend to be unhealthy more often than not and must be handled carefully. Not to mention that these two started working together when Bella was 17, and she has struggled quite a bit in the industry. A platonic support system is much better for everyone involved here

When she found it in his empty dorm room, she knew he hadn't left voluntarily. A nest of vampires caught him, faked his disappearance, and turned him into a vampire. Buffy had to stake him. He looks so very young, it's hard to recognize him. It's like Jeremy Renner in Season 1 of Angel. I must have seen it 20 times before I realized who it was...lol.

@@CataRDJ I posted that 7 days ago 😒... But now that I've watched it. I still think the writers are deviating a lot from the source material. These Joel and Ellie are completely different people. It is not wrong, I just don't like it and it is not resonating with me. So I'm probably dropping the show after ep4. I'll play the game once again and enjoy the versions of Ellie and Joel I love.

If they didn't deviate at all or in the necessary and creative ways they do, it would suck in terms of long form series television storytelling.
