Sometimes it’s so easy to say don’t think like that but depression is an unexplainable feeling of sadness that even if there’s nothing to be sad about it’s like a hollow feeling deep inside. I hope you concentrate on other things that way you can distract your mind. Do good things to others and always remember that you are valuable. Wish you the best, I know you can make it, I believe in you.
