what is the liquid he is putting on the trowel? something to lubricate and generate a smooth surface but I wouldn't even know where to start with saying what. cheers, great vid!

That's not "PebbleTech" It is stone with an epoxy binder. Nothing wrong with it, just not the same thing They used to use a similar technique on pool decks
