Pears and snow fungus vegetarian soup with Japanese fresh lilly
This vegetarian soup, which is good for the dry weathers. It is especially good for respiratory infections. It is good for every family member. 💪💪

日本鮮百合雙雪甜潤湯
材料:
螺片(大)3塊
日本鮮百合2個
雪梨2個
雪耳一個
南北杏各一兩
栗子20粒(已去殼)
腰果40粒
陳皮2角
蜜棗2粒
處理:
1. 螺片,清水浸一小時。
2. 栗子,清水浸。
3. 鮮百合,清水洗乾淨,撕開一塊塊。
4. 雪梨,清水洗乾淨。
5. 雪耳,清水浸至軟身,撕開小塊。
6. 腰果、蜜棗、陳皮及南北杏,清水浸。
7. 栗子,清水洗乾淨。
8. 腰果、蜜棗、陳皮及南北杏,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
9. 螺片,清水洗乾淨。
10. 雪梨,一開四,去芯。
烹調:
1. 所有材料(鮮百合除外),放入煲內,加入清水至5升。
2. 大火煲滾,轉中慢火,煲30分鐘。
3. 鮮百合,搣開一塊塊,清水洗2-3次,擎乾水。
4. 湯已煲了30分鐘,檢查一下螺片是否已煲至腍身,如果未夠腍,可以再煲多約10分鐘。
5. 湯內加入鮮百合,大火滾起,轉中慢火煲30分鐘。
6. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Dried sliced whelks (large) 3 Nos.
Japanese fresh lilly 2 Nos.
Pears 2 Nos.
Snow fungus 1 No.
Apricot kernels 1 tael
Chestnuts 20 Nos (shells removed)
Cashew nuts 40 Nos.
Dried orange peel 2 pcs
Candied dates 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Whelks, soak in tap water for an hour.
2. Chestnuts, soak in tap water.
3. Lilly, rinse with tap water. Tear it slice by slice.
4. Pears, rinse with tap water. Remove seeds.
5. The fungus, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Tear it into small pieces.
6. Cashew nuts, dates, the peels and apricots, soak in tap water.
7. Chestnuts, rinse with tap water.
8. Cashew nuts, dates, the peels and apricots, rinse with tap water. Drain.
9. The whelks, rinse with tap water.
10. Pears, divide each into 4 shares. Remove seeds.
Steps:
1. All ingredients (except the lilly), put in a pot. Add water up to volume of 5L.
2. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 30 minutes.
3. The lilly, tear it slice by slice. Rinse 2-3 times. Drain.
4. Soup has been boiled for 30 minutes, check the whelks are soft enough or not. If not, boil the soup for 10 minutes more.
5. Add in the lilly into the soup. Turn to high flame until boils up, turn to medium-low flame and boil for 30 minutes.
6. Complete. Serve.
