i've always wanted a jungle kit, just for laying down grooves. i also live in a tiny condo so space is a problem. i think Pearl solved my problem with this kit. i'll have to get one soon.

It has great tone. Seems to be low volume. Because I liked the blend with the quiet cymbals. Do you think this would drowned out acoustic guitar and unamplified vocals?

I'm still excited for the stick and pad competition 😊😁😄

Kwesi, great review. I was looking at this kit and no one gave it a solid review. I mad appreciate this. Besides the add ons. Could you easily mod it? I was going to make a suitcase kit but this seems to have a better sound.

I saw the Pixies drummer 30 years ago... using a drumkit that looked like ALL HEADS with zero shells... (which is what I've always wanted b/c I want MINIMAL)...and it was LOUD as heck and sounded great.

Hey Kwesi, can you tell me what glasses you are wearing? they look great.

What skin do i get for the snare to make it sound better, the evans uv emad for the bass for sure but what skin for the snare will make that thing sound better??

You tuned it up pretty nice man. A lot of demos are poorly tuned. You made it sound usable!

This is the kind of stuff that I make in my garage for fun. I seriously would not spend much money on this though. I am afraid to look at what these kits are going for?! Good review though.

Yes. You're gonna need mesh heads or dampening it somehow. I'm in a very similar situation...

Wouldn't even consider without mounted and floor.
