Peanut sauce has to be one of my favourites. I thought Ann summed it all up beautifully at the end. Wooh! Lots of fun and laughs with a sprinkle of spice as always. In keeping with the title of the recipe I would just like to say, I’m nuts about you guys! 🥜😜😂

Cal man did you ever land on your feet; this pair is my every day start up; i don't know which of you makes me laugh more; and i just LOVE the big fork at the start. Anna, i reckon you have eclipsed Cal for notoriety. Thanks for the fun and especially for the new gravy secret sauce; hello to all you WFPB munchers; i hope you have all done your homework and read Cal's bestseller (and also Colin Campbells as well, esp Whole).

Looking at the ingredients, I'm a bit shocked by the sodium content, and not only in the curry sauce, but in many of the items on plantstrong. What a shame!

Hi Karen! We care about sodium as much as you do! The sodium content for the sauce mix is labeled as "moderate." We have many products in our assortment that are completely unsalted - like our broths and two of our pancake & waffle mixes. In the example of the sauce mix - this product is meant to be paired with plenty of whole plant foods, which will easily bring the meal sodium content down well below the 1:1 ratio of milligrams of sodium to calories per serving. Hope that helps!

You should only get diet advice from a real Ph.D in nutritional biochemistry with awards and honors and or a Nobel Prize with a long term track record of being right such as Roger J. Williams, Frederick Gowland Hopkins, Fred Kummerow, George H. Whipple, William Parry Murphy, Edward Adelbert Doisy, all 6 would say that single ingredient meat, poultry, fish and eggs are good for you in moderation and that dairy is ok in small amounts if you like it and are not allergic to it but a human is an omnivore and they should still consume a balanced diet in the basic 4 food groups.

  • @beachbaby7

Humans are definitely not omnivores! Look at the human colon and digestive tract-herbivore. Meat is highly acidic which is where all parasites and disease live, including cancer cells. We do not require a lot of protein. Some plants have extremely high levels of protein in them, and they keep the body alkaline. Beans, nuts, hemp hearts, silken tofu, tofu, etc. are loaded with easily digestible protein. Tofu tastes just like whatever you marinade it in, so it's always delicious. Our bodies definitely do not run well on meat. How can you think little chunks of meat churning around in your intestines for 25-30 days could possibly be a good thing?😅 That is exactly why diverticulitis, digestive issues, and colon cancer is occurring at record numbers. Do your own research. These other people could be paid by the meat industry. Wouldn't surprise me. And do your research on a cellular, molecular, and dna level. Animal dna takes up to 18 months to clear after eaten. Your body will continually try to expel the foreign dna. Please research before you say anything else. Ty.
