Whats the name of the run on the opening? I did whistler heli today. They havent flown since christmas and I got super lucky they let the chopper in the air. It was f***in epic. I have never ridden snow like that.

I have a gopro 9 so I use hypersmooth with 2.7 k 60fps. or 4K 30. superview, auto shutter speed, ev comp +0.5, native white balance, iso min 100 iso max 400, gopro colour. Then I upscale the footage to 4K when exporting. I think that’s everything important. You can mess around with the ev comp for when it’s too bright or dark. Pretty sure just the preset audio settings

How many times does it have to be said, no one is paying 200/300 dollars a lift ticket. Everyone has epic passes which work out anywhere from 12 to 50 odd dollars per day.

In my opinion Whistler is amazing if you know all the spots, go midweek, plan your day well and if you can ski sketchy lines that most people don’t do. Otherwise you prob won’t have that much fun

I know all the spots. Been going there since 1980 with 36 years snowboarding. I was the first snowboarder to do the Waterfall in 1988 and I did Jordan's in 1993. Customer service is horrible, the lift ticket price is disrespectful, and the scene is a joke. Everyone is a hero. There's no soul. Attention culture at its maximum. @@BCmtb

Still sketchy. Catch an edge on ridges and you’ll flip in a split second. It should be really nice in about two weeks if it doesn’t rain. I could hear you breaking an ice layer or two. As to why you skied the grass and rocks is extremely careless and dumb. Better decision on that next time.

How many times does it have to be said, no one is paying 200/300 dollars a lift ticket. Everyone has epic passes which work out anywhere from 12 to 50 odd dollars per day.

In my opinion Whistler is amazing if you know all the spots, go midweek, plan your day well and if you can ski sketchy lines that most people don’t do. Otherwise you prob won’t have that much fun

I know all the spots. Been going there since 1980 with 36 years snowboarding. I was the first snowboarder to do the Waterfall in 1988 and I did Jordan's in 1993. Customer service is horrible, the lift ticket price is disrespectful, and the scene is a joke. Everyone is a hero. There's no soul. Attention culture at its maximum. @@BCmtb
A few cringy rock vs skis moments...
Still sketchy. Catch an edge on ridges and you’ll flip in a split second. It should be really nice in about two weeks if it doesn’t rain. I could hear you breaking an ice layer or two. As to why you skied the grass and rocks is extremely careless and dumb. Better decision on that next time.

I appreciate the concern but I will continue to ski on grass and rocks cause it’s fun. Look up BPC 2 on KZread and you’ll see some of my inspiration.
