This light and breezy Peach Rose Cooler drink with both fruity and floral notes, makes a great quenching beverage! It’s slightly sweet with a vibrant tangy aftertaste. I love how it’s super refreshing; perfect for sweltering hot summer days. ☀️
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Peach
2 tsp MONIN Rose Syrup
200ml cold soda water
5-6 pieces mint leaves
Rose petals
Dehydrated lime (optional)
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
1. Make the ice cubes a day in advance by half filling an ice cube tray with water. Place a rose petal in each cube and freeze for 1-2 hours, until the petals are anchored by the half frozen ice. Top up with water and freeze fully. Of course you could also skip this step and use plain ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Peach in a tall serving highball glass, then fill with ice cubes.
3. Top up gently with cold soda water and pour over 2 tsp of rose syrup.
4. Garnish with mint leaves, more rose petals if you desire and dehydrated lime. Stir and enjoy! 🍹
If you want to turn this into a boozy drink, replace 30ml of soda water with equal amount of gin or vodka.
