Today, I made a cake using a pink peach that catches the eye with its beautiful color.
Where I live, pink peaches appear briefly in the middle of the hot summer and then disappear, so I can't miss this time.
I made syrup with peaches, made jelly, and ground the pulp to make peach mousse.
I made it with all my heart.
The pretty pink color cake was cut into an elegant curve and it was so lovely.
We showed you two ways to cut a cake, so check out the video.
I made jewel jellies in 4 colors and filled the cake, and it turned out to be a fantastic peach cake.
I fell in love with the pretty jewel jelly and made a mistake while filming a cooking video. 😅😆

* What about peaches?
As an alkaline food, it boosts immunity and stimulates appetite.
It is good for poor growth and night blindness of growing children, and it is effective for constipation by softening the intestines.
In addition, the peel acts as a detoxifier, and the organic acid removes nicotine and eliminates toxicity.
Most vitamins are contained in the peel, so when eating raw fruit, it is better to wash it thoroughly in water and consume it without peeling it.
Choose peaches that are large, round, and have no damaged or cracked peels.
Also, it is better to choose one that has no scars and has a strong scent.
Since peaches are made up of more than 80% sucrose, the taste and aroma can be lost and the inside can easily go bad if stored below 8C.
However, since it is unreasonable to store it at room temperature in hot summer, it is better to put it with the tap facing down, wrap it with paper, put it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator (8C ~ 10C).

● Cup measure standard
237 ml = 1 cup
15 ml = 1 Tbsp
5 ml = 1 tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% Milkfat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sifting)

● Peach Compote
250g peach pulp (about 1 pc..)
57 g sugar (1/4 cup + 2 tsp)
1/2 ea Lemon
10 ml ( 2 tsp) peach liqueur (can be substituted for white wine)
peach peel
peach seeds
● Peach Insert Jelly
90g peach compote syrup (1/3 cup + 2tsp)
4g gelatin (4g powdered gelatin + 20g water)
● Pink Angel Cake
18g milk ( 1Tbsp+1tsp)
18g vegetable oil ( 1Tbsp + 1tsp)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
85g cake flour (1/2 cup + 1Tbsp+1tsp)
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 egg whites (210g)
93 g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
10 g (2 tsp) lemon juice
Food coloring (Red)
● Peach Mousse
1 egg yolk
35 g sugar (2 Tbsp)
50g milk (3Tbsp+1tsp)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
5g gelatin (powdered gelatin 5g + water 25g)
100g peach puree (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp + 1tsp)
100g Heavy Cream (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp + 1tsp) (60%-70% whipped)
● Jewel jelly for decoration
(Dark Pink)
80 g (1/3 cup) peach compote syrup
5g gelatin (5g powdered gelatin + 25g water)
(for clear, orange, light pink colors)
150 g hot water (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp)
60g sugar (4Tbsp+2tsp)
10g lemon juice (2tsp)
10 g gelatin

Ease to watch 10/10. Ease to undersand all steps 10/10. Ease to engage 10/10. Just sooo friggin pretty 20/10. 케일라님 복숭아는 이 때가 아니면 즐길 수 가 없어서인지 더욱 좋은 거 같아요. 요즘 정말 날이 너무 덥네요. 한국은 미세먼지 때문에 전 다시 마스크를 쓰고 다니고 있어요.. 미세먼지 없는 곳에 사시는 케일라님 너무 부러워요..😊🥰
