Jackfruit flesh can be eaten raw (it’s a fruit), if the fruit is not ripe you can make sabji out of the flesh, it’s pretty popular in the West these days at vegan restaurants where it’s used to mimic meat like texture. The seeds however are the best part. You can add them to daal or simply roast them. They are extremely dense in nutrients and taste much like any other nuts. All in all it’s an amazing fruit 😋

Понравился замедленный момент где велосипедист складывает руки в Намасте ..!:) Классный акцент ! Творческих вам успехов и новых интересных сюжетов ! Покажите , пожалуйста , чем вы занимаетесь в дождливые дни ( я знаю , вы сможете передать романтичную атмосферу ). Покажите как шлепаете босыми ногами по лужам под зонтиком , без зонтика .. Покажите как цветут лотосы , как капли дождя соединяются с рекой , как в гошале гладят корову , чешут за ушком у телёнка , как доют молоко и как потом варят панир в большом чане на живом огне .. Покажите магазин с десертами и как их делают , как освящают пищу, как режут овощи на кухне при храме , как поют мантры во время приготовления пищи ( знаю , есть повара которые любят напевать мантры при этом :)) Зайдите в гости к друзьям и покажите чем вас угощают . Очень интересно увидеть музыканта Симху и его семью ( если он будет не против ) и как они производят свои украшения .. очень приятный сердечный человек .. Надеюсь , вы не против что я вам пишу эти наброски . Мне очень нравится стиль ваших видео и я получаю невероятное наслаждение от их просмотра . Хочется чтобы этот проект и дальше процветал !!
