I like her. You don't run a successfull business and pay 400 salaries by being sloppy in your work. Also, as the owner of the business she has more responsibility than a regular manager. As a manager you get paid a salary and if the business is not successfull you leave. As an owner, that is your life and you are responsible for all the employees. It requires dedication and hard work. It's normal to have high expectations from the staff. I's rather have a tough but successfull boss then a nice and unsuccessful one. And she is a woman making it big in a world dominated by men, especially in a still very patriarchal society as SK. I've learned the most from hard working and dedicated managers. That's not to say all difficult managers are capable :) I've experienced that too. Watching her and the explanations behind her actions I've learned a lot about myself and how to deal with certain situations

lol THIS. I know it was my secret weapon when i was an executive assistant. Although this varies by the boss and their temperament. One of my boss needed constantly weekly meetings by department but also liked have an open lunch once a month. My other boss needed breaks spaced out throughout the day so he could take a long lunch or play golf.

I’d be annoyed and mad if my employee’s couldn’t find jobs for the artists they manage. I love how she calmly explains it at the end why she was angry but it’s logical she doesn’t get angry for no reason

I really like CEO Kim. She’s really hard working and wants the best for everyone, but is expressing it a little cold. That’s why they may be a little scared of her. Overall, she wouldn’t be where she is now without her bossy character.

She's demanding, but at the same time, no less demanding of herself. I think she pushes them to be more proactive and be more anticipatory of what needs to be done especially those that have been working for her for quite some time. I've worked for someone with same personality and it's quite stressful to be on top of things all the time, but it's better than being told you've screwed up big which would need a lot work to fix. My boss wouldn't yell, but she would say 'be vigilant' at what I do all the time and can't make the same mistake twice. Plenty of people I worked with were scared of her or to even knock on her door.

To be honest I like that kind of boss. Because every employee must work carefully and oriented details in order to get successful. Of course emoloyee deserve to get high salary because of so many projects every month. I wish they can learn from her everything becausee one day if they want to be a model or own agency. Right. That sparkly dress would look good on her if it has 3/4 sleeves to soften her shoulders. She has wide shoulders which made the short sleeves stand out.

Her secretary is so nice and gentle, working with her who is picky and harsh is just the most appropriate. 😆 love that couple

I always feel like I learn a lot watching CEO Kim's episodes and have a lot of fun watching boss Yang's ones. CEO Kim is just an amazing self-made woman who knows how to have fun but is hella professional. Know when to be what, that's what im trying to say.

Christie Kang I’m not exactly sure if a legal counselor would be the exact person who represents their client in court (they probably do tho lol), but I’m pretty sure they do provide advice and guidance regarding legal issues or legal aspects of their work.

I've read some other comments that said he might be have a law degree or some sort but it rarely shows in the videos or never mention before because it basically an entertainment program so they have to make certain people like minguk or jimin with a certain traits, scripted acts like that

Say what you want but she's the most legitimate CEO among all they guested in this show. She's strict and exact and you can't be the top company for a cutthroat field if she isn't as exacting as she is. She's actually kind and human than most CEOs out there that are toxic in their positivity. Edit: Also, it's better to have an organized boss to follow in line for than a sloppy whatever kind of person that you don't know what you are aiming for. Here in France, most bosses are sometimes fuelled by ego it's crazy.
